I have gone to Cinco Tires for years. They are always friendly and focused on getting the job done right. They are always upfront and have NEVER overcharged me. It is raining, and most places close in LA when it rains; they are open and explain what was wrong with my wheel. I'm not sure what happened with others, but they have a customer for life with me. Ask for Micheal.

Went to get a Quote for AC compressor replacement, short guy with a very nasty attitude approached me and I asked him if I could get my car checked, he then responded "i dont think we can help you with that" then he says he will check it and out after talking to his boss & out of the blue he pulls out an AC pressure test gage with an AC Freon tank (as if they couldn't help because they didnt have the Correct equipment). Not to mention he didnt even acknowledge my questions nor what I mentioned to him about the DIY diagnosis. He just turned away & talked to the rest of the young mechanics. I can see it in their face due their expression that they know what he's doing is wrong but they just went along with it. I mean what else can they really do lol. After lifting the car he gets upset that the keys aren't in the car so he throws a tantrum and drops his multi meter on the floor and throws his hands in the air like a child as he is huffing and puffing. Anyways he tried to cheat me $50 for the diagnosis, he tells me only cash but I refute and I tell him im paying with debit, his face dropped as I walked to speak with his Boss (aka guerro). The mechanic then goes to the office to tell the receptionist its 50 dollars for the diagnosis and she even looked at him strange as if she knew he was over charging. Avoid this place if you can, there is a better shop down the street where there are more decent, honest mechanics and friendlier too.

Stopped here because I hit a typical LA pothole and this shop with the closest and still open but the prices are dumb expensive. The guy who replaced the tire was not the nicest but whatever. The little short chick who works in the office though, she was rude. Apparently she was ready to go when I pulled up but the place was open so that wasn't my problem. She huffed and puffed her way back to the office to take my payment and left a bad taste in my mouth with her ugly attitude. There's another shop a half block down that will likely give you better service. Idk for sure but what I do know is this place is a hard pass.
