This was previously my main place to pick up cat food for the last 2.5 years. I have a picky eater cat, and about 2.5 years ago one lady who worked here at that time gave me several cat food sample bags to see if my cat would eat any of it. That lady was nice, and Sure enough, my cat ended up only picking Firstmate indoor cat formula out of all the samples and I bought that food from this store when they carried it in stock. Several months ago from today, they stopped stocking that specific cat food at this store, but a nice lady for the last several months who used to work there would special order it for me and I would pick it up when I visit town every couple months when I placed the order on the phone. I always ordered the big bag of the cat food so I don’t need to make too many trips within time. Today I visited to try to get a special order placed and the new lady that works there said they couldn’t locate any special orders with my name, even my previous orders. I was there a couple months ago to pick up my last bag and I still keep all my receipts in a file. Obviously the way I was spoken to is like they thought I was lying about having special orders placed for that specific cat food for the last several months. The new lady called the other VIP store to see if they’re still able to order that cat food but it’s not in the inventory system as they discontinued it. I also overheard the other store lady saying on the phone to this store’s clerk that if I throw a fuss over it that there’s nothing else they can do. So I ended up opening a Chewy account today and chewy stocked that specific cat food. So I guess I would have to get it shipped instead of buying locally due to the store discontinuing carrying that product. I try to buy local as much as possible but it is what it is.

Why does it even bother staying open? Is it a front for something? Why don't they just sell it to someone who can actually run a business? These are the questions I ask myself every time I enter this establishment. I've been in this store less than 10 times but every time I enter, it leaves a worse taste in my mouth than the previous visit. Bad customer service, High prices, and a crazy amount of out of stocks. How can a Pet Store be out of stock on so many things all of the TIME... The only reason they are still open is because of the Self Wash which is crazy because when you pay for the self wash they DONT provide towels, shampoo, or a hair dryer. Just Water and an area to wash... Went in today for the last time.

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband brings our dog here. He's too big to bathe at home. He said the customer service is lacking, but I never imagined it would be this bad. We definitely will not be back. The pregnant employee at the counter was incredibly rude, she did not greet us when we came in. My husband walked to the counter to ask for the wash and her only words were "cash or card"? When he asked if he could enter his number for the point system she said "yes after you pay". I asked if I could enter my number to see how many points I have and she said "you have to purchase something". Never once did we get a smile or thank you. We came back to the wash and there were no towels offered as stated on the website we brought our own thankfully, but it would be nice to wipe the station down after..No products available to do it. There was a huge cockroach in the wash tub. We tried to wash it down the drain, but it was too big, so I had to go up front and ask for a paper towel. I said "hey do you have a paper towel there is a cockroach in the tub". She didn't say a word, got up from her chair and handed me the paper towel. On my way back to the wash room there was a dog crate and a wooden crate with mouse or rat droppings in it. A little friendliness and cleanliness goes a long way. I get that it is hard to find people who want to work these days, but not having a somewhat friendly person greeting customers really does a disservice to your business. For that our family will look into other options when choosing to bathe our pup. We will also let others know that this place is not a good option.

Came in for some VIP pets stuff but am saddened to say none of the experience was VIP. Three girls at the front desk carried on their conversation and never greeted our family Nor asked if I needed assistance, Instead stared at us uncomfortably and carried on their conversation. The selection in this store is also very Minimal.

Girl working the register never greeted me, never asked if I needed help. Low selection of collars here anyway. When I went to ask her for help regarding an AD this place had on Facebook, she knew nothing about it. She said a manager "could call me sometime but doesn't know when."Don't recommend, won't return.

Went here in response to a Facebook ad of theirs that had pictures of their store in it and their store address. They wouldn't honor the price in the ad for a dog crate and said they knew nothing about that ad or who that was. I asked for a manager and was told "they would call me sometime". Asked for a time frame, and was told not possible. Won't return or recommend for bad customer service. I tried to go local for my pet needs but this is unacceptable.

Very poor selection of products on the Shelf on top of the fact that when I walked in with my dog the girl who was working there seems scared of my dog the entire time my dog is super friendly nothing but nice we figure if you're going to work at a pet store you should actually like animals or not be afraid of them will be the last time I go there

I came in to use the doggy bath and it was both efficient and fun, I decided to get my dog a treat and the young woman with short hair at the front recommended me some of the doggy yogurt to help with the hot weather. Will be back again!!
