They have the worst mail carrier ever! Lisa is very unprofessional!! She yells at her customers at their residence!! Will never deliver packages!! The management here stinks too, they will not do anything about anything!!

Mail gets lost all the time. I get the neighbors mail from down the road. I received a package in my mailbox that was torn open and empty with a note on it that said SCAN DAMAGED Al. The other package that was larger was not even found. Unbelievable!!! Why weren't these packages put on my door step like they usually do?? The first package that I ordered two weeks prior was folded in half and stuffed in the box. I was damaged so I had to reorder the item and now a week later I don't even get the package. Went to tracking and it says both were delivered. Nothing shown on my ring cameras. I will never ship anything with them again!

Oladai was incredibly helpful to us as we had a very large pile of packages to mail out… she explained which would be considered letters or package… and was very patient and good humored through it all. We really appreciated her demeanor and reminding us how to review this next time we have a big order. Even with the lunch rush the staff was very coolheaded and kind.

All the parking places were full ? Except there were 2 empty on the side of the post office but there was nobody inside. It was quick there were 2 windows open at approx. 12:30 PM on Thursday 12/21/2023. Don't let the parking lot in the front of the building or around it discourage you;A lot of people Park there for Courthouse. NEST POST OFFICE EVER?????? ? ? ?

The guy that helped me was super rude. I honestly have never shipped anything off before which yes….. I should’ve done my research before hand. He was like, “you’re gonna have to buy tape” which is fine I get it whatever. Then he goes off somewhere for 1 minute then slams a piece of paper down and says, “I have a sign explaining it, you should know better to read signs” like excuse me sire I get your point. Only 2 stars because they are fast and I don’t have to wait long at all. The other ladies helping me also were rude and made me feel stupid.

Amora was a dream. Suggested I stop my mail and have it held instead of paying $50 and waiting 2-4 weeks for my cluster box to get rekeyed since I am just there temporarily. I would of paid money I couldn't afford. The whole experience was nothing like I remember the government postal service being. Thank you Marysville post office .

If I could give no stars I would. First guy I talked to (JAS) was so rude. Thanks for the stick up the a** attitude at 9am. That's cool. Smh. Had some questions about opening a new PO BOX and he couldn't be bothered. Told me I had to get the form online (the paper application, which he told me he didn't have in the office) and I asked about ID options and he said "only take what's listed". Cool trying to see if one of the ID's is what was listed. Proceeded to grab his coffee and start to walk away from me while I was still standing at his window asking about the ID. Customer service is unreal these days. Left to print the form and come back to show my two forms of ID to get told that they both have to be printed and digital insurance cards wasn't accepted (would have been nice to know from the first guy) good thing I reserved the box online and it's paid for smh. Don't recommend this shitty post office at all.

This post office has recently been losing checks I’ve mailed. I’m beginning to wonder if there is actually a shredder behind the mail slot—or a carrier who is hoarding mail in the shed in his back yard. I’ve lived here for decades and never had the mail problems I’ve had recently. Very inconvenient to have to call the companies I sent checks to to explain the situation, place stop payment orders on all the checks, and pay the companies on what have become overdue bills. Now I have to drive to another city to send mail. Pretty stupid to have to do that. Pretty unacceptable.
