We had an appointment last week and they didn't let us know the glass wasn't ready and then they tell us since they didn't have it they would come to our house and do it but they didn't and let us know we were late for our appointment that was supposed to be at our house

My appointment was for 9:30 , I arrived at 9:20 and they took me right . They explained the pros and cons of repairing a chip in the windshield . I believe by 9:45 my car was outside in the front of the office ready to go. Rogelio went outside and showed me the repair and went over the warranty. I will absolutely recommend Safelite in Marysville Ca.
