Packages that need to go 550 miles go over 4000 miles for no apparent reason. Ordered from central California to go to northern California. And it goes from central California to Redmond, Washington and then so far back towards California again. Other package ordered from Troutdale, Oregon for northern California went to Louisville Kentucky and the back to California. Does this make sense in anyway?

My package was stolen from their location before Christmas. Apparently they have no security cameras. They knew that my package contained a valuable item; she asked me questions about who it was for.When I got there I was treated with suspicion, my name & address were scrutinized. I dont know if the old man is hard of hearing, ignorant, or both but he wasn't helpful.As I was leaving, she joked with another customer how there was "no guarantee" my package was going to arrive. The suspicion is on them. Buy shipping supplies from them OK; then take it to the shipper to mail.Lessons learned: always drop the package off with the intended shipper. Do not use a 3rd party! Insure for a higher amount to protect yourself. Pack the box before bringing to the shipper.

It was my first time here today and the woman who had helped me today gave me above and beyond service today! She was so helpful so clean and sanitized everything she touch! She was so friendly I couldn't help but in awe with her! This place have everything you need to shipping, boxes and even faxing! I came in to fax some papers today and it was even cheaper than UPS! Come here and you won't be disappointed!
