The employees and managers are extremely knowledgeable and nice. Never an issue finding the correct part. Diagnosis is always on point and timely, Johny was a great help identifying some hard to find parts for my older vehicles, as well as where they are located on the car.

I visited the store to purchase a few items. I was able to locate them easily and the customer service was quick and efficient. I did not encounter any problems during my visit and had a pleasant experience overall. The store was relatively empty as I arrived shortly after my work shift, approximately 3:45 pm on a weekday.

Their posted hours said they closed at 9:00pm, however, I was there at 8:27pm and the door was locked. The neon sign directly over the front door showed they were open, and there were two vehicles in the parking lot. I wasn't the only "lost" customer Sunday night; I watched two men, each carrying a car battery, hobble to the door only to find it locked.
They should update their hours or stay open until the hour they post. Whoever's working at the time should also be cognizant of the "Open" sign, so that it accurately reflects the status.

I love this store. They tested an old battery, replaced it and deducted the trade in from the price of the new battery. I have a very obscure car and they always have parts for it somehow.
