Very unhappy. The service itself is very well, but I kept inquiring about the costs which they never told me until I was all done at which time they charged me four times what I had done last year since I’m on a limited income, I found this extremely difficult. I recommend that if anybody goes to the service, please get a price upfront before you even start.

Top notch, Nickell Tax is the only place I'll EVER GO TO, EVER AGAIN!!!! Seriously. I drive from Sacramento/ Rancho Cordova area just to have them do my taxes. And I been doing that for 7 years now. I been w-2, independent contractor, bought and sold properties, had my own business, all the above and they took care of my every need, every year. Thank you Nickell Tax

I got referred to this place. They are more expensive than the last place I was receiving preparation but they are very friendly and seem to care for their clients, they offered me advice to help me financially so I don't have to owe for the future years. I would recommend this location.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. These people are some of the most wholesome characters I have ever met. Staff is friendly, efficient and kind. they even gave us a complimentary mask. will go here from now on for my taxes.

My husband and I have been coming to Nickell Tax for a few years now. They are very very thorough. We came to them initially to help us fix a return that that irs said we never filed. These guys fixed the problem and made us feel better about our taxes! Once apon a time we did our own, but we know we missed important information to se²nd off. Nickell Tax checks all the boxes on my list. We both love the fact that we are treated as a client instead of just a number. They are professional and honest. Even this year, they helped my daughter and made her feel very welcomed. I highly recommend them.

My first time filing with Nickel Tax for the 2018 tax year, when I filed in February it cost me 220 dollars, most I've ever paid to have my taxes done. Here I am almost 2 months later and no tax return but a letter from the IRS saying I didn't submit my insurance info which I asked Seth if he needed that paper and he said no, well he did and now i had to go back and have Nickel tax fix it since obviously I'm not a tax person and have no clue what it even means. Well long story short I wasn't the only one that did my taxes at this place and got a letter from the IRS, i could of done my own on turbo tax for soooo much cheaper and actually got my refund back on time. First time here and last time for sure!
