Juan and his team were so amazing! I am so lucky to have found this company to work with in a purchase as big as a vehicle. They communicate effectively and in a timely manner, and they really do a great job at having a lot of options for cars in their inventory! I had the best experience buying a car at J&A Auto ! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I went in with bad credit and they still managed to work with me and get me the best deal. When all hope was lost they came through for me and made it happen . Highly recommend them !

I needed a reliable and affordable car and I needed it fast. I came in and they were extremely helpful and friendly, letting me inspect and drive their cars and telling me the mileages and prices. All of their cars are in absolutely satisfactory conditions and at unbelievably affordable prices. The staff and customer service was genuine and efficient. Even after I bought the car, they continue to make sure their product is the best it can be and their customers satisfaction top priority.
I don’t know how they can do that without coming off as desperate push overs and kiss a**es because they’re so down to earth friendly, I’d invite them to my wedding. They’re that good.

I don't want to be rude, so ill stick to the facts...I paid way too much...Which is my fault for not researching the vehicle. February will be a year and it has cost me 9000.00$ so far to keep it running....ouch...the problems that arose did so only a couple days after i bought it...He refused to take the vehicle back and would not do the repairs without charge. A 10,000.00$ truck has now cost me 21,615.oo +....The dealership is now telling me it is going to need a new transmission...5,000.00$. If i could leave negative stars i would.
