Incredible knowledge, and the newest cutting edge technology for alignment, and a myriad of other services. This is a family operation that has decades in the business. Also, some of the friendliest, and honest people I've ever dealt with. I will go to them exclusively for all applicable Automotive needs. Skip the fools, and go to the leading professionals in their field. Top notch!!!

Well, I thought this was a good place to do business, until I found that the lug they changed and charged me $253 was not a new part, but rather a used one! They did replace it with a new one after I took pictures! I will validate later! Never trust anyone!

Wow…I feel so relieved. I have spent over a year and thousands of dollars with Les Schwab trying to get my 3500 Duramax to drive straight. I almost gave up and sold it until a few friends highly recommended Harvey and Songer. I took it in and they gave me a quote to fix the problems Schwab left, they brought me in the next day and were done in a few hours. My truck now drives straighter than ever. All the employees were very informative the whole way through. I am so satisfied. I feel like the pricing was very competitive and even if it wasn’t I’m still going back for all future front end and suspension work. Thank you Harvey and Songer for being awesome and honest.

Terrible customer service. Nick and his son (Nathen) are both total thieves who will try and steal every penny from you for a half ass job. Anytime I asked a question Nick treated me like I was the biggest loser. Some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. They will up charge you on literally everything especially big jobs (Trailers, horse trailers, lifts, and RVs). Didn't recognize a single face of the old owners and crew. New owners fckn suck.

I recently needed some front-end work done on my RV. Nick has a great shop full of knowledgeable people. They did a great job. If you are looking for an honest repair shop look no further.

I took my vehicle to them for a wheel alignment, when I picked up my vehicle they only gave me an invoice saying what they did. I asked them for the paperwork from the alignment, they told me that was for their records and would not give it to me. I have had many alignments in the past and everyone has always given me a printout showing each wheel and the numbers associated with that wheel. The Company texted me about their service and I responded as to my dissatisfaction about their service and i did not hear back from them.

The old owners Jim he handled my alignment with a breeze.. perfection for $150.. Nick the new owner and his employees are a F N joke who don't stand behind their work or the name Harvey and Songer I made a appointment to bring my truck in for a alignment, I discussed this with them that it was lifted.. $130 they stated.. I get there. I asked for a 7/16 and 9/16 wrench being I forgot to remove the skid plates so they could get the caster and camber bolts.. they knew right then and there they would be adjusting the caster and camber, never once did they state they would only be setting the toe for $130. They had me sign a paper stating what they would be checking, control arm bushings soo on.. I ended up waiting a extra 35 minutes being the alignment guy was off handling his personal business knowing there was a app. After diving home.. truck still pulled to the left, after reading the paperwork they provided all they did was set the toe.. Now mind you they stated $130 for alignment, I didn't ask to get just the toe set, nor did they offer $130 to set the toe..or another price to set caster camber and toe.. it's $130 for alignment. I asked to price it down, Nicks son stated he's knock $30 off since I had to wait 35 minutes.. Nicks son also knew I removed the skids to get to the caster camber bolts.. What shop sets sets the toe for $130? I can do that with a tape measure.. I called Nick stated the drivers rear LCA was torn, your guy missed this or never checked. I stated I'd replace all the bushings and bring it back, 1st thing out of Nicks mouth .. you really beat us down on the price.. dude I waited 35 minutes because your guy was out D K N off! Nick stated ok, and we rescheduled. After arriving Nick comes out.. says there pulling the paper work I said I have it right here, all you did was set the toe, he states now I'm costing him money because they have to redo it.. .. mother F ER you cost me time and money by driving 45 min to you.. He states well if I saw this it would be $250 it's modified.. dude use your good eye!! Stock LCA, tubed uppers and linked .. your guy didn't have a problem setting the toe.. ok it's two more nuts to break lose.. all you see is big tires.. Nicks response I'll write you a check for your $100 after I'd leave him a s*** review.. so it's worth every penny of $100.. I go inside.. Nick finds every excuse not to pay me.. never once did his son state they'd only be setting the toe, dude I even asked you gif a wrench so I could remove my skids..as well as Nick putting words in my mouth.. Nick your name is s****** You're F N coward you don't stand behind your work.. you're a thief and a joke!! Get out of the business .. Like you stated you asked me to leave or you'll call the Sheriff, that they get there fast.. how the F would you know!! Obviously you have had to call the Sheriffs a few times for doing your customers dirty... F! Nick and your Son... and this shop!! It's a joke.. You don't even deserve 1 star .. you're negative 5 stars bud

I went in looking to get some work done on a horse trailor. Since I was leaving town I asked if the could fit me in that day. Since it was close to closing they said I could bring it in the next day at 8 am and leave it and they would try to get the work needed done. One day turned into 4 days. They finally got it done. They are under new ownership. The work was good. I was told that they were working on cab inside lights but none were done. That may have been a understanding. Never the less the trailor was in bad shape so I still think they did a good job.

The level of work they provide is next to none. I had my alignment done here after putting in a leveling kit on my RAM. Here it is a year later and still no issues. Thank you gentlemen for the solid work it's appreciated.

Curt and Jim (Owners), Joyce ("Just the accountant"): Mean, aggressive, arrogant, avaricious! "Take the money and run"! All the five stars I am seeing must be shills. I was asking for an insurance quote for a damaged suspension. The one star ratings which I read, had to do with suspension repair.Their experience was equal to mine. Curt started off the Monday morning with "you're" not on time". I was fifteen minutes early. Curt was snappy, impatient and belittling. Curt stated that they would work with the insurance company but then indicated he wanted me to buy the parts separately and they would bill the insurance. Jim indicated (on the phone) that they would work with the insurance company; but after the quote, he tried to get me to buy the parts separately and then have me deal with the insurance company separately. At one point Jim stated that he was only in it for "the money". Jim explained what was needed to be repaired but refused to do a written estimate. Jim and Curt were belittling when I tried to get them to explain themselves or repeat the parts. Joyce answered the phone once and called me once. Each time when I asked her to clarify something, she would say in a belittling tone, "I"m just the accountant" and hang up. Obviously, Jim and Curt's pit bull and shady temperament has worn off on her as well. I called Jim one last time and told him I would come back and pick up the vehicle. He said, "Good"! When I came to get the vehicle, Jim could not look me in the eye and said nothing. Jim handed me the key to my vehicle without looking at me. Jim and Curt came across as very shady, money grabbing and incompetent. I'm glad I read the other reviews and didn't have them to do the work. But, I am out of a mornings worth of time. I'm sure I would have been out of a lot of extra money with a very shabby repair. Good riddance!
