I had a great experience with G&C. Scheduling was easy when I walked in, so I'm inviting. Explained everything with the estimate and scheduled a time on the spot. My car was fixed right away. Looks good as new. I would recommend 100%.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company’s work is poor. Their communication is extremely poor and they kept my car for over 30 days which resulted in me now having to pay more money out of pocket which i absolutely should not be responsible for being they decided they shouldn’t communicate anything with my insurance or me for that matter.My car came back with a dent in the door in, paint chips on the hood. And Alex replied with “I’ll fix it when a car that is the same color comes in” now my front bumper is sagging, oh and here’s the kicker. They don’t except checks as legal tender, even though there is no signs posted about it. Go find a better body shop this place is really unprofessional and Alex is the master of excuses the front desk lady has a poor attitude.

G&C is the best auto body repair shop around. They were quick, courteous and pure perfection in the work they did to my Jeep. They kept in touch with me through the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair. Thank you G&C and thank you, Brynda!

Will never do business with this shop ever again. Julie & Chis we're so rude! They also treated two of my co-workers the same way so it wasn't me or them just having a bad day! Treating me the way they did is not ok especially when you are doing business in a small town, because I will share my experience with all my friends & family for sure!

Lady who answer calls very rude. Ppl who ck ur vehicles there they just waste your time.. they keep on telling you next week, they even tell you what day they will call you but they nvr call you back. If you call them on the day they suppose to call you they just dont talk to you. They dont reply your calls, im complaining to my insurance for wasting my 1 month, if my insurance say what can they do then i will canceling my insurance because they sent me to them....

So where do I begin I took them my 2018 challenger to get repaired because it got t boned . It took a couple days to figure out what it needed exactly and that's okay . Parts took forever but not there fault so can't blame them for that . So they start cutting the car quarter panel up to remove it and they say it also needed the roof replaced which wasnt damaged because I guess The roof connects to the quarter. But during all this work they also gutted my interior took my windshield off and back windows . The issue with that was that whoever put it all back together shouldn't be allowed to touch a vehicle at all !!! My headliner wasn't sitting flush ! My windshield wasn't not put properly back on at all even after I took it back to them. Either they missed some parts with the whole install or the install was just wrong twice . My dash didn't sit right either whatsoever my steering wheel got scratched from the carelessness they had . My door jams got scratched up from them going in out on both sides my interior was disgusting they didn't even bother to wipe it down . The passenger side door jam got replaced along with the door and the door jam looked like it got sprayed canned . Even after I took it back to them too fix it still horrible. My rear windshield was so horribly installed that it doesn't sit flush with roof . Also the paint sprayed was not great either.I had scratches on car that wasn't there before and they also scratched up my paint idk who they have as detailers but they shouldn't be aloud to touch paint . I also believe that my car was abused while it was there because when I got it back it was doing stuff that it wasn't doing before but I can't prove that unless I had a camera in my car . The weather stripping on roof the paint is already peeling they didn't even put them back right either. At the end of all this I ended up with a POS car unhappy with it . This is a $50k plus car that utterly ruined by a shop that doesn't know what they are doing . So much more wrong but I feel like wrote enough . I do have to say that the staff was really friendly through out the whole process . Oh I forgot to add at less say higher than speed limits speeds the roof or windshield did not like the wind . I didn't take pictures of the door jams and can't because I no longer own the vehicle. That's how unhappy I was with the work

The office staff is very helpful, they made sure and kept me informed of the whole process, with parts being on back order they would send me a text at least once a week. Once parts arrived they made sure to accommodate me with my schedule for dropping it off and picking it up. My car looked amazing, i will without a doubt refer to my family and friends.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I’ve had my car there for a few months and their lack of communication is concerning. I’ve called numerous times and continue to get the same response without even being informed what exact parts we’re waiting on. I called and spoke to a very rude woman who claimed I was “angry” when really anyone in my position would be understandingly anxious/frustrated. Finally I spoke to a nicer gentleman (I assume the manager) who actually had a conversation with me and explained what exactly is going on. I appreciate him and after our conversation I trust he will get the job done.

I had an appointment scheduled in the beginning of October where I had to pay a co pay of 500 (which I did pay). I was told they were gonna order my parts and I could come back early November to get my car fixed. I called all of November and they couldn't give me an estimate, finally in December they called me to bring my car back in. When I show up to my appointment the lady at the front (Julie) insisted I hadn't payed. I told her I had back in October when she then mentioned they had gotten a new system and that's her fault. I go on to pay the rest of the balance and drop my car off. Today she is calling my mom being very inappropriate stating we never paid all though we did in full. She is extremely rude and they do not have there paperwork in order. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!!!!Service: Body & Trim
