“Went online to order a Pit Boss Lexington pellet smoker. It was $400 on Amazon. Walmart had them for $297 but were running a special with $30 off which brought it down to $267 plus tax. Walmart was sold out at most of the locations except for the Marysville location. According to the Walmart website, there were 6 left at Marysville for $267. I put my online order in 45 minutes later and there were none left online. Not knowing if my order went through, I called and was transferred to Shannon, the lead in their OPD department. She tracked down the last one which apparently hadn't yet been pulled from the shelf for my online order. Shannon assured me that it was mine and made sure it was tagged for me for pickup. I picked it up about 40 minutes later. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced even when compared to higher end businesses. I hope management will take note as employees like Shannon will ultimately climb the ladder and lead by example.”
“Such a fun store. Tons of different candies. They have stuff for humans and animals alike. They have party supplies.....work.out goodies. Toys. Home decor. I love going here for gifts big and small. Most things are $5 or below. So you get a lot for your money. Great place to go before the movie”

“The ones at the door are always incredibly welcoming, the selection is vast, and the bathrooms seem decently clean. I would only say that the cashier's are a little slow when it comes to bagging the items.”
“Had to get a necklace fixed with the lifetime protection plan, bought the jewelry online, the Cashier in the store was very helpful with getting the right information needed to get my jewelry sent out to be fixed, I only had proof of purchase I didn't have the right email for the protection plan but she was able to call and figure out what info was missing.”

“Used the Walmart delivery this evening. The driver, LT Phan, was very polite and a great part of the delivery team. There was a item that was not available and a little confusion on another item that was bagged incorrectly at the store but LT Phan made a phone call to confirm the order and helped us resolve an issue that was not his fault. Great job and professionalism LT Phan and Walmart.”

Edit: machine gave almost $3 in change. Employee said policy they can't give dollar bills. Refused to even put a sign on the machine. This is pure laziness or lack of concern for the customer.”
“This rating is for Tabitha! Her hair was wrapped beautifully.. She was wearing a mask but her radiant smile was expressed with her eyes! the line was long ( so was every checkout line) but she was swift with the check out. She asked if we found everything and helped me with a price match. Her energy was just as pleasant as her eyes, I'd go to her every time if I could. (And will if able) The weather was gloomy, wet, and cold.. and the store was packed with shoppers. Her line wrapped around the clothing section and continues to grow as she swiftly processed my purchases... her grace at the ever growing line never faltered. She is simply amazing and I appreciate her service. Thank you Tabitha for making my day”
