My son and both bought engines after good guys car show my son had his motor out 3 times they pulled it once because of knock my motor had low conpressin 2 years later head gasket and now no oil pressure and I upgraded my pump to high volume oil pump per there request no no oil pressure should have bought the crate motor from the dealer save 500 not cost me more over the long run

Had my boat engine sent there by another shop to have repairs done. Was told work would take 2 month, it took 7 months. Warranty is a joke for a marine engine. Says warranty is good for 90 days or 4,000 miles whichever comes first. Since when has a boat run on miles? It's by hours. So now get to try and get them to place an acceptable hour time for engine repair warranty on a boat engine that won't be used till next summer . They were expensive to boot too.

Spent $3000 on a small block Chevy. It only has 800 miles in three years. Discovered water coming from tailpipe. It became hard to start. Took plugs out and one squirted coolant. Took to mechanic. They discovered the piston walls had been sleeved. Below one sleeve the block was cracked and leaking coolant. Spent my very hard earned money on junk. The staff seems to be really friendly and helpful until you fork over your money.

Same with the other reviews, a simple small block Chevy engine took over 6 months to complete. They spent more time bragging about all the great engines they've built than finishing mine. After all that, the engine now has only 1,000 miles and is already smoking, oil on spark plugs, and oil leaks. Terrible workmanship and a total pain to deal with throughout the process. Worst ever.
