The lady who books the appointments is very rude. The first call she was short and told me it would be sometime next week that they could come fill our tank. She mentioned that if it was empty, which it isn't, that there would be a fee. Then today she called and said that they would come tomorrow between 7:30 am and 5 pm. This is my business location, which is behind a gate and no o e is there on Saturday. So I asked if she could narrow the time down. She said NO. I asked if the driver could call and give me a heads up and she said that the driver can't call while driving. I asked if he could call when he wasn't driving. She said that she could put it on the tag but it's not guaranteed. That's it. I'm switching providers...and we have been with them for 20 years.

DO NOT SUBSRIBE! I was a customer for over 20 years and last night, I ran out of propane and when I asked them for a delivery (supposed to be on a 'keep fill' program) they couldn't find my account info!!! So, I'm 'dead in the water', freezing my tokus off until I can make other plans after being left in the lurch by these incompetent people.

Best customer service, swapped out my old propane tank for a new one and made sure everything was working properly. Sorry I can't remember his name, maybe Rick, but he was awesome.

Came through in a jam! My gas company seemed short staffed and fell out of their delivery window by a week and I ran out of gas. I called Browns, Lisa was very helpful, made an account right away and had her driver deliver same day.

My experience with browns gas has been absolutely exceptional! This company has been like family, calling for the needs that needed to be done when they need to be done with urgency, follow up the follow-through is amazing I would highly recommend working with his company. I have been a loyal Browns Customer since November 1991. The Keep Full service allows me to not have to worry about checking my usage and calling in for a refill. The drivers are very respectful and Mike knows my dogs and they are always happy to see him. In this ever changing thing called life, Browns is one thing I can't count on never changing!

They saved my house. I had another company , and their service was horrible. They left me without gas over Christmas, after several futile attempts from me to have it refilled, I called Brown's and they not only restarted my propane, hot water , heater etc, they found I had a leak in the pipe to the house! I was loosing 10% propane and risking a fire. They fixed the line for a reasonable price with a pex line. So I will never have this happen again.

I am extremely happy with this gas company. I bought a new house that uses propane and didn't have a tank, they helped me every step of the way. They fill the tank whenever they are in our neighborhood that way we never run out. They have great customer service and allow me to make payments :) very friendly and great customer service!
