My 2006 honda odyssey blew a spark plug and needed an insert installed to be able to get the spark plug back in. Since that is outside my area of ability, this was the first shop that was very close to my home. Did not want to risk driving and causing more damage. Brett was very clear and able to explain the diagnosis and gave a very reasonable estimate for the job. Halfway through the job, I had spoke to him again and he recommended new spark plugs. I approved it and the following day, my van was fixed. Don't let the small size of the shop fool you. These guys here know what they are doing. If I ever have any issue that I can't DIY myself, I will absolutely go here again.

This service /business is very much needed in our community and they truly have stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. My car is 10 years old and needed a complete inspection and service.. It just wasn’t running right. They turned it up, fixed all the funny noises in record time. Explained everything to me so I understood. Very professional and customer service driven. I highly recommend Boradori for all of your car services and needs.

I had various maintenance / repair issues for my 2018 Chevy Cargo Van including a loud screeching belt noise. From the start the team that works at this facility was fast, efficient, and friendly.
They identified the issue with the screeching noise within a few hours, ordered the replacement belt and pulley, and had the repair done by noon the next day.
They saved the parts so I could better understand what happened and were courteous and professional throughout the process. They even gave me a military discount which is much appreciated.
This is my go to mechanic from now on. I highly recommend them and thank them for a great job on my Van.

Service and communication was outstanding. I had a 2011 Camaro that had not been driven in years. They did a through inspection and communicated all the issues and service that was involved, sent pictures and available for updates. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommended and use again. Thank you for such great and accommodating customer service which sometimes seems to be a rarity these days, but is the norm here. Outstanding !

In years past I've used Bill's Electric. So I wanted to try Boradori who took over Bill's location.
I called Boradori and Luke picked up the phone. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a tune-up. He quickly schedule me for an appointment the next day. At the appointment they pulled up the car fax on my vehicle which disclosed all the prior services. They did vehicle triage identifying which services my vehicle required based upon manufacture maintenance specifications. They provided a free service quote that was both clear, reasonable and detailed. I scheduled to drop off the vehicle the next day for the quoted service. They even permitted me to provide the new drive belt I purchased the week before (I was thinking about trying to replace it myself) discounting the price of the service. The parts ordered for the service were all manufacture approved but the timing belt kit ordered appear to be used and from the parts store (not sure if it was Hust Bros, O'Reaily's or the manufacturer dealership). So Luke called me to tell me the strange set back. He told me he was not comfortable putting on a part that appears used thus he would order a new part. He told me upfront it will delay the completion of the service until the following day. He also inquired if that would cause a hardship for me being without a vehicle (I am pretty sure Luke was gonna offer me a loaner car if that was the case because they truly take care of their customers). I reassured him I would be fine another day without the vehicle. The next day I received a call from Luke when the vehicle service was completed. He told me he discounted the service further due to the inconvenience service delays and changed the air filter, which was not included in the quoted service, at no additional charge. He also noticed I needed an oil change that was not included in the quoted service, which he voiced as an oversight, so he offered to change the oil for free at a later date.
Luke at Boradori went above and beyond his duty. It's what we philosopher's call supererogation. Exceptional customer service with care and concern for customers. It's the reason why we will be coming back for all our vehicle service needs.

Luke Leon is the manager who runs the place he has great customer service and really works with you and is super honest. He straight forward on what’s wrong with your vehicle and won’t let you spend what you don’t need to. Left my truck super good and runs great again. For sure will be come back again if anything happens. And love the fact you get 3yrs warranty on car parts they fix instead of 90 days.

Luke was extremely kind and attentive. He was genuinely honest and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't truly need! (Which is rare) he explained exactly what was being done in detail and answered all my questions. So happy they opened this location in Marysville!
