First I would like to start by saying, their deals are bogus, they will sell you one their plans and later switch them on you, you will be paying into a bill that you were told would drop after 6 months or so and when call to sort out your bill they will say they never heard of a promotion like that and apologize and tell you oh well sorry. To be honest I don’t know what kind of service I’m paying for because it’s really no better than metro, I’m half tempted to just pay off the phones and go back to metro, they’re overpriced and not worth the headache.

I bought the Z fold.because it looked cool. The screen stopped working randomly yet I have to pay 275$ to have it replaced when it's AT&T's product that failed. Terrible customer satisfaction.

Very Very disappointed in AT&T customer service. I am now on my 20th call to try to get an issue fixed. They say they will call me back- and DO NOT. They accidentally hang up. They disconnect me. They refuse to transfer me to a supervisor. No one knows what they are doing anymore

Absolute garbage. They were unable to port a phone number, the phone was never operational. I had just moved and it was hugely disruptive not to have a phone. The woman who works there could not care less, AT&T tech support are incompetent and the company now insists I owe hundreds of dollars for a non functional phone that I returned. Garbage company, garbage staff.Update, as per the owner response to my Google review, I emailed the address suggested and received no response. To warm other customers, attaching a copy of my bill as well as the usage data that the customer service representative finally provided. I was billed $202.61 for a phone that I had less than one week. The total data usage was:5 calls, 0 of which were completed, only going to an automated message saying the number was not set up2 texts, also unsuccessful1.25G - likely an output of the setup process because this phone never workedAdded bonus, because I cannot access ATT.com due to the account being closed, I had to pay by phone for an extra $5, bringing the grand total for never having a functional phone to $207.61.My advice to the people of Marysville, be very cautious with this AT&T, I deeply regret ever attempting to set up service here.

Isis is awesome, she put up with me and my wife’s detailed questions and helped explain all of the details to make it easy for me to get my son a new phone for his birthday. And I will be back to get two new I phone 15 pro max as soon as they come out this year i hope.

Stay away from ATT! They will rip you off!I'm done with this company! I've destroyed the phone, and I'm not going to pay for the service anymore. I can't even pay my electric bill this month because of this mess! Very sad, and upsetting.Do yourself a favor, and stay away from AT&T! I'm done. Never again.
