“The main reason I wanted to move here is for safety. I definitely felt safe and secure in this apartment complex! I was also looking for a friendly community. My neighbors became like my family. Truly sad to leave but due to my commute I needed to move closer to work. In the 6 or 7 years that I lived there management was friendly and accommodating as needed. Not a high traffic area so street noise was eliminated. My son and I loved living there because it is so close to Ellis Lake.”

“The workers there were amazing and help me out so much. I'm trying to move in and get as much information as I can about the place. And the lady who helped me was wonder foul. I love how much she couldn't effort into helping me even though it was 15 minutes before the office closed. Love this place”

“I've been living here for a little over a month now and I have enjoyed my experience. I was the very first tenant to move into my building after a portion of it caught fire over a year ago and it had to be vacated. All of the units in the building have been renovated (new flooring, bathroom vanities and even more upgrades for the units that were damaged by the fire). The maintenance man is very friendly and always smiles and says hello. The manager and assistant manager are also friendly and do a good job of communicating with me about things going on with the property (window cleaning, new mailboxes being installed, etc.) I would say the only downside is there are only two sets of washer and dryer units in the laundry room. The building has about 20 units and while some of them have W&D, not all of them do. I work from home so I can do my laundry any time (and it's open 24/7) but people that actually go out for work during the day might have a harder time getting their laundry done. That really is the only negative. Outside of that, I am truly enjoying living here. It's quiet and I feel safe. I can definitely see myself staying here for a few years. Oh, and one other thing: the balconies are HUGE. I have never seen such a long balcony in my life. Even with the storage unit out there, it's still really long (I was guess that it's about 25'). It's nice because my kids can go out there and ride their scooters while I'm working instead of me having to stop working to take them outdoors for a bit. I jus want to note that I wrote this review because I wanted to, not because I was asked to. I hope this helps!”
