Why is this branch closed? AGAIN! There are personnel inside and were putting "temporarily closed" signs up as I walked up.

Being short staffed is never fun especially for a bank even with staff people should never expect to come in and out of a bank have patience but everyone here is amazing

I used to bank with Wells. Not a fan of them anymore. However this branch downtown Martinez has always been more than accommodating to my needs. The tellers are friendly and welcoming. I leave feeling that my concerns have been listened to and addressed in an appropriate manner.

Worst branch ever!!! Not enough banker. The three times i have been in I ended up walking out after waiting for 15+ minutes with no end in sight! Had to go take care of business at another branch instead.

Each time I come to this location, I am given conflicting information about which documents I need to perform various tasks associated with a business account for which I am an authorized user. Today at 3:15pm I arrived with 2 other board members to handle some transactions which would require several signatures. We were helped by a young woman who seemed to be new-ish. She informed us that the person who handles business acounts was out to lunch & would return shortly. Fine. After explaining what we needed, she decided to asked her superior for assistance/ training. Great! We were able to get certain things completed, but a more complicated issue called for the actual business accounts guy. He arrived at the tail end of our discussion (around 3:40?) so he took over/ helped her to address the last task we had. Unfortunately, he informed us that we would need one piece of additional documentation to move forward, but that only 1 board member needed to be present. Cool. I agreed to retrieve the additional document required & come back another day. I ended up deciding to just go back immediately in order to finalize the account changes asap & be done with it. Better not to have it hanging over my head. I arrive back at the bank at 4:45pm... I see the same 2 individuals who assisted us an hour prior & they both see me... and I wait... and wait... and wait... A woman comes over to inform me that "the business accounts guy needs to take a 15 minute break because he's been at his desk for 2 hours straight." Uuummm, NO, actually he hasn't been, haha. Just silliness!! And super inconsiderate of customer's time.

Went to the bank to do my usual daily deposits for my company. The teller forgot how much cash I gave her! So the manager tells me that if the balancing of the drawer tonight comes out short , they will have to deduct my deposit. So if she made mistakes throughout the day and its short then I get deducted? That's a Teller Training Problem, not my issue! Thats rediculous! Never had issues like this before at any WFB branch.

Today I left my house all happy to go to my bank Wells Fargo which is in my neighborhood. Trusting that I would have a good time in opening a savings account I was encountered by the banker Mr. Azis who was some what unaware of the policies of the bank. And in a pretty flat unconventional way he told me I couldn't open a savings account. sadly I left quite irritated and hurt just to find out Mr. Azis was calling me to tell me that I could come back and open my savings account. At this point I refused because of the lack of costumer service. I have decided to go to a another bank who will appreciate me as a costumer.

I deposited a check for $70K from the estate of my grandparents. It was a check from a bank. WF told me that there would be a ten day hold on it! Are they waiting for the stagecoach to arrive to receive the money? In this day of Electronic Fund Transfers and Electronic Verification of funds why do we have to wait so long? I suspect they routinely do this so they can earn interest on the money by holding it as long as they can. With the recent news of WF banking practices where accounts are illegally opened and after the CEO having to testify before congress you might think they would want to clean up their act!

Great experience today at Wells Fargo. Joshua who is a banker there took the time to listen to what had happened to my account and did his best to help me. Everything ended up working out and he looked further into my other accounts and found some fees charged that could be refunded! Ended up leaving with my account back to normal and $20 extra dollars! Highly recommend him as a banker.
