Plenty of parking, curb delivery was quick and efficient, attendant was corteous and refused a tip. The entire process was very smooth, and I didn't have to pay for delivery.

I starting to shop at Walmart and that it's good I can find tienes that I may find Amin other store but when returning something the wait can be up 30 minutes. There only one person at customer service and to make it work se they close at the returning at 6:09 pm. As much a people shop in here this should I improve. It's not aceptable to wait this long to return an item!!!

If I could give negative stars I would for this Walmart. I have been to Walmart's all over this country in fact I've been to Walmart outside this country and this is the worst Walmart I have been on this planet. They put so much stuff behind glass so you can't get to it, I understand because of thieves but it's going to do that you have to have people to actually get stuff for customers. You push the button more often than not no one ever comes to get the items out of the glass. That is just one example of many is awful.

This store is awful. They have long lines and of course 2 cashiers open. Tried to go through the self check out only to be told it's 20 items or less. Well maybe if they would open more lines people wouldn't need to attempt to go through the self check out. Funny thing is they have 2 people working the self check out when clearly one of them could open an additional line to get people out faster.

This store is horrible , I was racially profiled, Jamika has an attitude problem& Chris is a poor excuse of a manager . I will NEVER shop here again, they hate their job and don't respect customers . Save your gas & money !!! Calling corporate everyday until I get a response for the horrible treatment I received this evening!!

If your store is open you should have your customer service open to be available for returns I drove from Concord to Martinez to return some stuff I bought on the website to be told they close their customer service at 6pm. bad business policy. I was going to return the stuff and buy other stuff but I've chosen to take my business elsewhere. off to target

Much better than the one in Richmond. Worth the drive. Lots more items; better selection of cat food, diet soft drinks and even beer. They don't sell alcohol at the Richmond store. In the ghetto, you're not allowed to buy a 30 pack of beer becuz you might sit outside Walmart drinking it.

Pretty big store , just upsetting they took out the McDonald's that used to be inside of this Walmart. They have a key making machine and a dog tag engraving machine also. As well as a stuffed animal claw machine . Huge grocery selection, bakery pastries, school supplies, clothes , food , candles , everything you may need is here. Workers aren't the friendliest or most talkative. They will stare at people but not ask if they need help they've done it to multiple people in front of me. Things like this are an everyday thing for stores like these. I prefer target over Walmart for this reason. People are just more pleasant there, but it's not as cheap for some things. The fact that they have self check-out makes it so much easier to get in and out when you're paying via card. Thanks for reading this hope this helps !

This store used to be really clean and fully staffed but now there are two cashiers and the lines are long. On top of that the counter is broken so can you please ask corporate to replace the counter and to get more staff? If you make millions in profit you can at least up your services and counters.

My nephew went in this store today and bought a food storage vacuum sealer. He returned home and found the product didn't work. He IMMEDIATELY returned to the store and attempted a return and the Walmart employees began to try to fix the product instead of exchanges per his request. After attempting to fix the product they came back and told my nephew the Manager Nat Robert's is denying his request because he smelled weed. I have never in the history of walmart known the employees to be qualified to attempt to repair a broken product and then deny a exchange due to their customer smelling like weed. The last time I checked I am almost certain weed is LEGAL I'm California and no one has the right to be mistreated because if that fact. Nat Roberts stereotyped my nephew and took advantage of him. Sad part about it he is African American male manager. And I get it you are black and a manager in MARTINEZ so you are looking for a victim to exert your power and that's what he did to my nephew. I have been a resident of Martinez for years I know for a fact Nat Roberts would have never treated a customer who wasn't a minority like that!! Nat Roberts I hope you are proud of yourself mistreating a young African male to make yourself look good. We see how you got that management impressing upper management by mistreating minorites. Enjoy your job for now because I guarantee you won't be there long.

Pathetic!! The staff and management take no responsibility for their actions (or actually lack thereof) and for all their touted supply chain management, this store is failing sadly in this area. 1) online orders are routinely canceled in whole or part 2) pick up orders are rarely ready when promised 3) staff are rude and disorganized 4) interior of store is filthy Skip this store and go elsewhere!

Apparently they have a new manager. The store is going to hell now and there are so many items that are either mis-marked or not marked at all. There is a display in the center of the isle by cosmetics with double boxes of Stovetop Dressing marked for $1.58. 2 weeks ago I took one to self checkout and it came out as $3.58. The ones on the regular shelf are $3.58. So I showed a clerk and explained but I doubt seriously if anything was done about it. The small appliances are a mess...many unmarked as to price. And many items not even there matching the display models. And check the plant nursery...what a mess. Most everything is dead or dying. Time to get someone to manage that knows how to do it.

Walmart in Martinez is making me go to Pittsburg to return something I bought in Martinez. Their system will not let them see my receipt even with the card I purchased with. They should say something instead of letting me wait in line for 20 minutes. I bought this instapot 4 days ago and they won't even let me exchange it for a different one. They're sending me to Pittsburg 20 minutes away, so I'll now Be spending about an hour a half returning something I bought from somewhere 5 minutes from my home. Seems a bit ridiculous. It's the holidays. Who has time for this I BOUGHT IT IN MARTINEZ, I was trying to by something more expensive and PAY THE DIFFERENCE. They "could "not let me.
