This has been my pharmacy for the last 10 years and they are far better than any pharmacies I have experienced. Staff are generally well trained, and they are kind and polite. Among others, they care about your wellbeing. I give this place 5 stars without hesitation.

Went to return an item around 4:30pm yesterday 11/12/2023. The cashier and also some supervisor in a red or burgundy jacket with San Francisco on it was laughing on how back up the line was getting. It got about 30 people deep and the supervisor didn't help with the line or call for backup. They basically told us that she'll get to us when she cans and laughed about the situation. I get it she's the only cashier but I am a supervisor and I would never let my line get that long let alone laugh about it in front of customers who having their time wasted. The cashier waited about 15 mins with one customer only to misunderstand jabs about something Walmart doesn't do. They're behavioral was inappropriate and unprofessional. I couldn't get their names because neither had their badges on plus I did ask the cashier what was the supervisor name and she got loud with me and told me to go find out myself! Because I stated I was gonna call corporate which I did! Hopefully they'll get some customer service training. I won't be going back to this Walmart at all

I've had multiple great experiences here. Every team member has been helpful and polite. Grace went to great lengths to get a prescription transferred for my dog and did it with a great attitude and a huge smile that was obvious even with her mask on!

Believe me, when my specialty medication process (I have rheumatoid arthritis) got switched around and I had to start getting one of my meds filled at Walmart, I was NOT expecting the consistently INCREDIBLE customer service experience that I have gotten. My insurance has been a nightmare (and they've been screwing up on this issue for MONTHS now - I've spent HOURS on the phone with them at this point). Yesterday Grace (the pharmacist) called my insurance on my behalf to sort it out, took care of the problem, and now I'm good to go. I didn't ask her to do it, she just took it upon herself. Every single time I have spoken with her she has been helpful far beyond my expectations, giving me the information I need without me needing to dig for it. Without this medication I can't open my hands, lift my arms, fasten my shirts, walk, sew, drive, NOTHING. So Grace, you are my hero, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such amazing care of the people of Martinez

My dog has seizures and this is one of the few pharmacy's that will order dog meds, not only that but Grace is absolutely amazing when she found out the meds were backordered when I walked in cause the supplier didnt notify them. She did everything she could to figure out how to get my dogs meds I appreciate everything she did for me

I personal get turned of when I come here by the Front Lanes supervisor. This Asian woman is always rude and never looks at you in the eye when talking to you. I think leadership reflects staff. Some one tell her to cheer up and smile now and then.

I applied for a credit card online and was approved. They emailed me a slip to print and use In store until my card arrives. I went into the store today, did some shopping and go to pay with my emailed slip and ID only to be turned away. The woman at the register asked me what it was (it clearly states what it is and how to use it). She said she needed to talk to someone else. She talked to 2 other employees and then a third who looked at me like I was crazy. They were having a conversation as if I wasn't present. Saying the limit is too high, anyone could print this, why would I buy so little with such a high limit etc. Another employee came over and said they would have to take it in the back and have a manager verify it. Wait 15 mins, she comes back to tell me it can't be verified and they can't accept it. Then I'm told they can't take it because they're changing banks. I told her I literally JUST applied (I have the email with time and date). They refuse to take it at this point everyone in line is irritated and assuming I'm trying to make a fraudulent transaction. My kids are going crazy because the entire process took so long. I left everything and walked out but it was beyond embarrassing. I tried to email customer service and all they could say was sorry it shouldn't have taken so long to come to a resolution. I'm done with Walmart and they're credit card already. I most definitely won't be back to this location.

Needed a flashlight from the very back and it was locked so asked 2 different people. One lady said she called and to wait so waited for over a hour before asking every worker coming by where they were. Someone finally came at 10:50pm (10 min before closing) and then couldn't even ring the item up, had to wait in line past closing time just for flashlights. So frustrating.

Bought a magnetic rowing machine via walmart online last week. The order process is a breeze and it was straightforward. Shipping is also included in the prize. Can't be any happier.

I dare you to try to find anything in this place. No meat section, stuff so unorganized. Had nothing I needed, the register froze twice for five minutes. Not worth the savings.

I bought some clearance items then when I went to return them they said I could not because you can not return clearance items they said all sales final they said there should be a sign up I went back and there was nothing I called the manager they said there is nothing I could do so I was mad and on top of that the McDonald's inside the store there was a cockroach on the wall f**k this place

They don't help you at all Called customer service They picked up once and transferred me & no answer. I was on a time crunch. I called many times & no answer & then a couple times it was answered whom ever in customer service just picks up & hangs up .... smh beyond pissed this day & all I had was a question about closing time for money orders. Union city & Antioch Walmart is a good customer service place if you're ok making the drive
