My medicare assistance plan prefers Walgreens so I tried using it and stopped due to rude behavior from associates. Just had surgery and can't put weight on foot for two months so I switched back temporarily because they DO have a drive through. Needed Norco for pain and an antibiotic. After having a friend drive me there found out two things. 1They said the antibiotic couldn't be filled until Nov 18 though, to my knowledge I've NEVER taken it before. Second, they claimed to be out of Norco . . . WHAT!!!!! Never heard of anything like that. Got a ride home made some calls. CVS will fill both. No shortage of Norco Insurance will cover the antibiotic no problem. WALGREENS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN UNLESS MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

I would suggest finding a better pharmacy. I had way too many bad experiences. And unfortunately, it's not just limited to this location.

Horrible. Worst experience I've ever had at a Walgreens. The store manager Christina is a joke with no customer service and is combative. She needs to be fired. I will be reporting to corporate and I suggest anyone else whose experienced this nightmare of a store and manager do the same.

On hold for 52 mins before finally giving up and going in to see why there was a problem with a prescription. Having an online service with someone dedicated to this issue would be much more helpful

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is the worst I have ever been to, they either grossly understaffed or just don't understand the concept of efficiency. Highly suggest not having medications sent here. If you are forced to please allow 2 hours of wait time. They have one person that shifts between drive thru and customers inside and the pharmacists who are busy have to review and sign off on everything. It is shocking how a line with 5 people can take 30 mins per person. DMV is worse but not by much.

My prescription had continuously been pushed back since the pharmacy clerk didn't think I wanted it since I had no insurance. We have been back 3 times, and have been told to pickup hours later but the order still not even touched or filled or attempted to fill. You literally have 1 job!!

Worst ran pharmacy I've been to in quite a while. Endless wait for customers. Almost can watch attendant have to stop and chew gum before walking. Consequently working counter & drive through window, with 2 speeds stop and wonder & slow. Staff acts totally clueless, shown the messages generated by them, when prescriptions are supposed to be ready for pickup.

This pharmacy has gone downhill rapidly over the past 9 to 13 months. The problem is staffing. There are not enough pharmacists and the clerks often make mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!1. They regularly take 4 days to fill an arc that a competitor can (and has) done in a day at most.2. The hours are a joke. Close at 1:30 on Sunday? Take an hour lunch every day? I am not exaggerating: twice in the past months they have closed 6+ hours early with no notice. I asked, the manager said they just didn’t have the staff.3. They say to use the app for refills, then cancel the refill requiring me to call on.4. They do not bother to call when a refill is cancelled. Rather, the app gives a pickup time 1 to 2 days out. Only after the pickup time expires do they cancel.5. They do not call the patient when they cancel. Instead, it’s just leave it up to us to figure it out.6. The clerks are either novice or don’t care. A clerk said that my MD did not send in a prescription. I showed her the proof on my phon and she literally shrugged her shoulders. When the pharmacist finally took over he found my prescription in less than 30 seconds.- I regularly have to wait on hold 20+ minutes to talk to someone, and it is not uncommon when their phone system simply disconnected Re before I speak with someone.

Do you enjoy spending 20-30 minutes listening to hold music, sometimes enjoy listening to ringing for 5-minutes straight? Do you absolutely love it when you're on hold and someone picks up the phone, doesn't say anything, and puts you on hold again? Do you absolutely love it when they finally answer, you tel them what you need, give them your information, then get put on hold immediately without them saying anything, only to have someone else answer who wants you to start all over from the beginning? If you answered yes to all of these questions, give Walgreens in Martinez on Alhambra avenue a call today!

Refused photo services because "there are only 2 employees at the store" and one has to be on the floor, one does the register. No photos for you, sorry Providing advertised service vs stocking the shelves ? Hmm

I left contra costa health services and they told me that my medications were ready got the window and the lady told me that their not ready. The following 3 people behind me were told the same thing not ready seems like they need some help and better communication skills.

Been going head for years and no they are no so great, but today takes the cake and I will be moving my prescription. Here’s the details: 1) ordered my prescription 2 weeks ago 2) told it was too early to refill 3) reordered a week later 4) they still won’t fill it 5) went 4 days without medication and finally got a notice it’s ready 6) waited 30 in car drive through 7) once I get to my turn I’m told they don’t have my prescription because it’s been restocked (no apologies) 8) they agree to refill in 15 mins 9) I take a deep breath and say ok I’ll wait 15 min 10) he tells me to go to the back of the car line (they alway ask this and I typically accommodate this) 11) I explain I had already waited 30 in line and chose not to wait another 30 “coming back around” 12) he proceeds to berate me yelling over and over “I need to leave and go to the back of the line” 13) I explain I do not have to do this, I will wait here for the 15 minutes. He repeated himself at least 8 times, then gets his “manager” who looks to be 20 yo. No greeting whet so ever, just yells at me the same thing the man said multiple times. I had to tell her to “stop” to get her to stop yelling at me. Through all this these 2 employees were standing in the window doing nothing but berate me. If they were so busy l, then why not be busy? They tired to externalize their problems onto me when I’m not the one that texted me it’s ready only to restock it. They even tired to suggest I was somehow wasting the time of the people behind me when a) no one behind me was upset, b) I had already waited my turn and it was now my time to wait at the window, c) going to the back of the line would mean another 30 min wait (twice the time they claimed it would take to refill), d) And I am the one that has already been waiting 4+ days without medication. 14) After all this, the prescription was filled in 5 minutes. Both employees should be fired. They were set out to escalate me, create a power struggle, and shame me. All in one go. 15) Absolutely horrible, a consumer agreeing to go to the back of the line is ALWAYS and choice and a curtesy, and one that I politely told them I was unwilling to extend in this circumstances. No apologies for absolutely absurd staff behavior. I am moving all my prescriptions.
