The lady went above and beyond for us! She was amazing! She helped us set up the new phones and explained the plans very thoroughly. She even explained all the perks. Very pleased and the customer service was excellent.

I unfortunately had to get a new phone but working with Jacob made it a way better experience. Jacob was knowledgeable and communicative. I never once felt pressured which I usually do when I go into these stores. He used his knowledge to better assist me and I was able to walk out the store with a better phone than I was going to get (I usually get the cheapest) I got a new iPhone 15 which is great. Also, upon further conversation with Jacob I found out that Verizon offers 5G internet. Jacob informed me of some promotional deals that apply to me due to being a Verizon customer. I hooked the 5G up last night and it works great. I did the math and I'll be saving $40 a month on internet now. That is huge for me. I'm really happy with my experience at this location and Jacob's customer service. Will be coming back with my family to this location for sure.
