I have never had a bad experience at this location. The clerks have always been friendly and helpful. In fact I applaud them for working in such a challenging environment. Lack of leadership, at the top, (De Joy), covid, lack of employees, and long hours, have made a very difficult working situation for these people. I think them for their perseverance.

It is already frustrating that this location has very limited lobby hours to check PO boxes. However in at least the last few months, they've adopted a habit of locking the front door before 5pm when the lobby is supposed to close. It becomes a guessing game of when a PO box at this location can be checked.

There is not a single drop off mailbox which is literally the one thing I need in a post office. It also didn't say that when I googled the address so I had to go there to find out.

They mailed my order out from this location on feb 19th and it’s March 2nd now my order still hasn’t moved I am very upset with this place Idk what they are doing over there but the need to do their job this is unexceptionable if they can’t do the work shut it down or find some people who will!!!!

I'm here at 10am and it's supposed to be open and it is not!! this is very frustrating especially since my business box is in there!!!!

Expect long lines and one person working the counter. This location is much friendly than the Alhambra location. The 2 stars represent the fact that this location is understaffed, lines are long, and it took 10 minutes for someone to come back to the window once it was my turn.

The mail lady delivered all my mail to the neighbors house. There it was opened and I still haven't been able to get all my mail from them.

I wish there was more than one window open at any time. Postal transactions tend to take a while and when there is a line out the door and only one person working, it generally takes more than 10-15 minutes to be helped (maybe I am going at the worst times).

They have the worst costumer service , unprofessional workers , and aren't trustworthy when it comes to their site and tracking information. I'm discussed with their service as a whole

I absolutely love this location! The lady that works there does a great job and she is very nice-even when it is very busy! I live closer to the newer post office but I drive a little further be at of this locations consistent excellent service!

5/4/17: It is 8:40am and the doors are locked and nobody has showed up to work! Business hours are listed as opening at 8:30am. I talked with the other lady that was here waiting and she told me that this is the 2nd time that she knows of that this has happened.
