“If you happen to stumble across an ad for ACME about a car you're thinking of buying, don't hesitate to call! The owner, Sunne, is very helpful and thorough. I bought my latest car here a couple months ago, after coming across an ad on craigslist that directed me to the ACME website. After many years of not owning a car, I suddenly was in need of one and was very nervous about the whole process of finding a suitable, reliable, and affordable car. Even though my driving was a bit rusty, Sunne took the time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the car. And because it was late by the time we were through with the sale, she arranged to have her brother follow, so she could take me home and drop the car off. “Getting a new/used car is typically a very long and painful process. That is not the case with these guys at Platinum Motors in Martinez. They were highly recommended. I received an amazing price on a used Shelby GT500. They negotiated vigorously on my behalf to get me the best loan rate through the bank. They processed all the paperwork quickly, explained everything clearly each step of the way, and even offered to fix a small module that needed replacing in the dash for free, as well as ordering and replacing a stolen cobra badge on the passenger side of the car, got me a warranty, and took care of everything and just handled everything I needed with professional finesse.
