DO NOT USE THE ATM THERE!!Used the ATM to withdrawal some cash. I am not a customer of this bank.A few days later some unauthorized withdrawals were attempted from different US Bank locations which were luckily declined. Called the branch to report there may be a card reader in their ATM and the Representative I spoke to didn't seem to concern.Totally unprofessional.

Their employee Alexander Sanchez is very unprofessional & did unprofessional business deals in the branch, he sold me his car & told me to meet him at work so he can check the money, & took advantage selling me a bad car because he knew I was going to trailer it home, he stole $25,000 from me & left me with a broken car that he sold me at his job site, he kept rushing the deal saying the bank was about to close so he had to instantly sell it. You guys need to do something or I will make sure everyone knows about your guys bank & employees.

I started banking here almost 26 years ago when it was eureka bank. Over about the last 6 months or so every single experience I have had as a walk in has been less than horrible. The employees are rude and condescending and could use some serious training in customer service. Specifically Gisele, and Fernando. All of them need instruction on how to be nice to people. I made several attempts to speak to someone in regards to fraud, holds on a payroll check, and the atm was not updating. I was hung up on by Gisele who told me rudely she already answered my questions and that the branch was closing and she didn't have time. Fernando couldn't explain any reason why a payroll check was being held and I'd have to wait 2 days if I wanted some money. He also said if I didn't want it held to walk in with the check or get direct deposit it's not his problem. The last two times I went in I wanted a printout, they treated me like a criminal for asking questions about my PERSONAL account history. Trying to take 26 years of history somewhere else so I can stop getting treated like s*** has been exhausting. So my checking is now closed and now to get the rest out. Beware don't bank here, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Not just this branch but the entire usbank as a whole.

I went here last Tuesday to cash my payroll check. The teller who helped me said the account the checks were drawn on was under 90 days old and he could not cash them. I has to wait ti find a ride and on Saturday visited the Concord bank and they had no issue cashing it. My rent was late and I had no food nor money for transportation for four days. I'm not sure why the teller lied me. This is highly unacceptable and I will not bank at US Bank any longer.

Just close this location U.S. Bank, they are garbage. Called in today with a question and spoke to some rude guy. You're an absolute embarrassment to the profession. When Lori left the place went in the toilet within a couple of months. You have no business in a small town where we all respect each other. Leave!!!

Horrible service...Just walked out of this bank. Tried to pay a balance that was left on a closed account..walked in explained what I was trying to do and I was sent to the teller...The teller gave me a different amount and stated that she needed to call customer service to check the correct amount. With nobody in line I was sent back to the lady at the front desk. Her response "I'm in the middle of something I'll be with you in a minute"...Oookay well after 2 minuets of her hammering away at the computer I'm still waiting....She could have easily called customer support while she blatantly ignored me..Maybe the teller could have got on the line and verified the amount..Horrible service..When I stated I'll come back the lady didn't even look up and replied "ok"......No help what so ever...Maybe if I had blonde hair and blues eyes the service might have been outstanding...This is why I don't bank with them...

I must say the staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgable. I came in with a tough situation that another teller from another branch had messed up. They fixed all my concerns regarding my account. I'm telling you this place had me relived and if I hadn't gone here I wouldn't have known how to correct the issue.

Thieves..i was there for a few yrs ..paid hundreds in overdraft..i told them..if i have no money in my acct..dont cover for me ..just decline...they said no..capitalist...i was on a multi class suit against them for clearing large ammts before smaller so overdrafts were increased..evil

My entire family has been loyal customers of US Bank for years. The ladies at the Martinez branch are absolutely amazing- all of them. They are always so helpful, patient, and kind. I couldn't ask for a better bank and I will be a customer for life. I recommend this Bank to all family and friends.

Lori and Pam are awesome. They always greet you with a smile, and are willing to help with all aspects of banking. Customer service is superb and that's one of the many reasons why i bank here.

Great customer service from Brenda. She helped my grandmother with her account and found that she was paying for a fee and helped correct that. Also help us with her overall account and was very professional during the whole transaction. My grandmother lives in SF but said she would like to come to this bank and do all her banking from now on. Thanks Brenda!!
