“When UHaul completely derailed my Dad's move to Oregon by renting out his reserved truck on Friday the 28th and NOT telling him until he arrived to pick it up Saturday AM, Enterprise came through in a pinch! The truck was clean and ready to go right then and there. The only downside is it has to be brought back to CA instead of taking to an Enterprise facility in Oregon. Enterprise in Concord helped save the day on an already stressful and hectic weekend. Thank you.”

“4 ? ? ? ?The only thing I suggest that people get pre-rated for the time the vehicle is not being used. For example I booked the U-Haul Truck for 8 hours but I only used for 5 1/2 hours and it was for the middle of the week (Wednesday, December 13, 2023). You have my information in your database, to be kind to pre-rated or refund me back a lease 2 hours that were not needed of the truck. Thank you and Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2024 ?”

“We have rented here multiple times and although we are closer to the Sacramento location we keep coming back. We had previously utilized a 3/4 ton to go camping, and most recently rented another 3/4 ton F250. Both extremely clean and brand new rigs. This previous time was after the passing of my father, and I had to pick up his things in Southern California. Noah Deems was the agent and I felt like he was not only helpful but super understanding and took extra time to even comfort me. Wish I could thank him more, as the Enterprise Survey didn't make it through. It's nice to know there is still good people out there!”

“I rented a truck and trailer for a 4 state move to Wyoming. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady in the office. She had all my stuff ready to go. We went over the paperwork and I paid for the rental. She answered every question I had. I would totally recommend Budget Truck rental. They have very fair prices and amazing staff.”

“Budget was the only moving truck rental company in Vallejo that had trucks available. Apparently Penske is getting their catalytic converters stolen so they don't keep any here! And Uhaul was almost double the price. The process was super smooth and the truck was great. We booked a 12 ft but they only had a 16 ft which wasn't a problem for us (they gave it to us for the 12 ft price), but I would suggest calling ahead to double check if you need the exact car you book. Overall a great experience and I will be sure to book with them again in the future.”

“They made my moving experience so pleasant. I haven't moved in over a decade and this was process. I came a few days before the move and I was greeted by Anthony the store manager. I explained my concerns and he listened and suggestion items for my move. He said don't worry we know this is a stressful experience; we are here to help you make this part less stressful.On the day of the move , I walked in to the store; I was greeted, mind you it was the weekend the busiest day/time. Nicole checked me in and walked across the counter to help me select items that Anthony had noted in my account. I was shocked that he took the time to note comments in my account i.e. mattress cover, couch cover, and extra boxes. I wanted a few other things however, Nicole said you don't need this for your move. (Thank You) Which made me feel like they aren't hustling and care . The truck was extemely clean, had gas, and road smoothly. Returning the truck was just as pleasant. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for making this part of the move pleasant . Shout out to Anthony/Nicole for going the extra mile to help me the move. Highly recommend this location.”

“Today we needed some blinds cut and were waiting for quite some time along with two other people. Stephen found us and although he could not cut them himself he stayed nearby, spoke with other associates, and made several announcements to help us. We were very grateful to him and credit him with managing to finally get someone over after an over 20min wait. With his help, we had 3 people arrive and we were on our way to checkout within a minute.”
