This is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. I was interested in getting a new phone. I was asked for my phone number. And after that was entered I was asked for an ID which I was never asked for before. When I asked him how long they've been asking for id. I told him I went to a T-Mobile several times in the last couple years. And was never asked for my id. You told me that he couldn't access my account without it. I handed in my id. He then said oh I don't need this it's asking for a pin. He entered it and said it didn't work. I gave him another number. That didn't work either. I then told him the first pin number and of course it worked. I was standing at a table looking at random phones. He said I don't know if we have any of those in stock let me go see what we have in the back you might have to go to another store. He didn't even ask me what kind of features or phone I was looking for. I decided to go to another store. The drive to the Pinole store is worth it.

I went to pick up the T-mobile Tuesday thing and the attention from LUPE was the worst, this is a gift and she even asked me for my Social number???

So, I usually don’t write reviews but I think in this case of this store it does! I come into the store annoyed and angry because I am dealing with a pervious phone company. I was working with one of the employees and he was having a hard time so he decided to get his manager. Daniela (the store manager) came to help and cleared a lot of the frustration I was having. I ended up joining because of her! I love this store and I am happy to say I am a proud customer of t-mobile!

HORRIBLE customer service i do NOT recommend going here. I went to this store location on Monday inquiring about adding a new line to my plan. The store manager Daniela helped me and her attitude was so nasty and rude the whole time. I will not be back here it was a horrible experience I didn't get the help I needed because she was so rude & unprofessional 0/10

My Mom and I had gone into the store to get some help transferring all of her info from her old phone to a new one. We were lucky to have Paul help us. He was wonderful to work with! He was very patient and explained in detail what we needed to know.The transfer went well. We were then told that my Mom’s old phone was going to be sent back to to T-Mobile as part of the agreement. Weeks after we were there, I received a few text messages from T-Mobile stating they had not received the old phone. I called the store we originally had dealt with, where Paul worked. There was no way to leave a message, the message machine was full. I did this for a couple of days and finally got a hold of Paul, and told him that I have been trying to get a hold of his manager. He said she would call me, no call. The next day I tried again and I was told she would call before she left for the day. No call back. I called the store and spoke to Paul and he said that she had already left. I told him how upset I was that his manager never called me back. This has been the 3rd time I tried reaching her. He told me he was sorry she never called, and that he could help me resolve the situation. He did just that! After all was resolved, I told him that he should be the Manager.He takes his time to show that he cares and respects his customers. His manager should be so proud to have a great employee that knows what he’s doing and has exceptional customer service skills! She also should step down as the Manager and give him that role.Thanks Paul for taking the time and showing you care. Every Company should have an employee just like you!

This place is not to came back again, my cell service is thru T-Mobile, my iPhone is on extended warranty, still couldn’t get my iPhone repair, im at family plan, my spouse is across the country, even after I put him on the phone to the agent, still couldn’t get the issue solve .Moving out is T-Mobile !!Ridiculous!

We just got new phones and our service from Zae couldn’t have been better. She was very helpful, personable and most of all patient. Most people in this day and age lack that severely and she goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. Thank you Zae ?

Holiday hours on the store window said closing at 8pm. Drove in the cold rain to get there at 7:10pm to find out the store was already closed. Please don’t falsely advertise your store hours.

It is so nice to get face to face support on a complicated issue. It took a few employees at the Martinez store (one a nice young lady with REALLY long nails) and a couple of days to transfer from the cheap TracFone carrier, but it finally got done. Saving myself from aggravation is definitely worth twenty dollar$ a month!

This was the best experience I've had in a T-mobile store! I already appreciate the customer service generally speaking, but in this case Paul, was very personable and attentive to my requests. He is sharp and a great listener!

Always great service at this location. Modern and the team is very knowledgeable and helpful. The Store is very clean and has all the new phones for you to look at. Parking is easy and close!

Have never had a good in store phone experience until this week! The team over at Muir Station are very helpful. Milka is very knowledgable and helpul and co workers Maritza and Paul are there to assist as well. Very smooth experience!
