I went through with the deluxe package car wash. It didn't get ANY of the bird poop/tree debris off the car. When I told the attendant that it didn't work, they told me to clean it before going through the car wash. What?! Won't come here again.

This Shell is always clean and never busy! Its a quick stop, easy pull in from Muir or Morello, and though it is not the cheapest - it is often the cheapest Shell in town. The car wash is very busy, I don't use it, but I see the lines often. For fueling its convenience first, and if thats your aim, this is it.

Had to drive straight thru the car wash because the machine was malfunctioning. Came back later and got my car washed.

Got gas at this station, bought a car wash, car wash went down, went to the clerks window to get a refund and no one there. Waited five or ten minutes nobody showed up. I want my refund. Called the station number which was answered by a modem. Something wrong at this station.

Super super expensive gas way more then it needs to be!!! Go down the way just a little bit and save 75¢ a gal!

A good place to get a fast cheap carwash but it's quite a distance from the pumps so make sure you pay at the kiosk BEFORE you head over there and that you don't drive too far in causing it to malfunction like I did. Thanks to the man working there for his patience and resetting it for me, I probably sounded like a Karen.

I hate this gas station and only come here when I absolutely must. The pumps never work right, gas is more expensive than other places, and their car wash needs service. You can tell that it needs some loving care that it's not getting.

Great place for a quick and affordable car wash. Pay at register or at the pump. $7.99 - $9.99 options. Friendly staff and convenient location near the freeway.

Terrible Sorry but will not come back here Would not let me use bathroom but told me to go across the street at another gas station while I spent my money at theirs. Very rude cashier, no apology. Wow

I've never filled up gas and thought to myself "wow this experience is so noteworthy I should write a review." Until today. This place is awful. Next time I'll just run out of gas and walk home. The first machine I went to I couldn't press the premium button. The medium button would just automatically engage no matter what I did. The second machine didn't read my card and made me go to the cashier. The maskless cashier. She asked me how much and slid the credit card machine through a little cubby where it didn't fit. I had to pull it out of the cubby and hold it while I slid my card in. I also asked for $30 and she put $35. I told her to change it and she said no, whatever I don't put in will just go back on my card. Thankfully the gas was so damn expensive that I could put in the $35. On top of that. The handle for the nozzle had to be squeezed EVER SO GENTLY otherwise the gas tank would read as full and would stop filling up. So basically you have to fill the tank a drop at a time. Never go here.

Shell gas station is awesome every customer service person there is nice I’m friends with them all I’m a loyal customer I go there pretty much every day. Great place to get gas and coffee and beverages and snacks ????
