I don't know if everyone else is talking about the same lady that works here but when I went inside and ask about the price for a car wash the 100 year old white lady that works there started yelling at me to look up and that she can't do everything at one. What are you talking about? Things really started to heat up when I asked for change for a dollar for the vacuum machine outside. She started screaming at me asking what is wrong with me? I started looking around to see if I was on candid camera or some hidden camera show. I have never been treated so rude in my life. But the dummy was me for not leaving right away and still doing the car wash. Well, at least I will NEVER come back here again and you shouldn't either because there are other Shell stations with cheaper car washes around.

Stopped by here to get a car wash for my brand new car and their car wash scratched the roof of my car that I'd saved for years to buy. I'd take em to small claims court or something if I thought it would force them to pay for a professional buffing and fix their car wash brushes. I am kinda broken hearted about it.

Public restroom blocked off but employee restroom was functional. However, attendant would not let me use it, and was actually rude. Will never buy gasoline there again..

Lady that works here is very nice! They also have a freal milkshake machine that's delicious. The car wash is great also!

Most expensive gas for about 30 miles.Gas almost a dollar cheaper right across the street. No public restroom. Why would you stop here. Drive across the street and get your gas at quick stop.

Everyone that works here are friendly. The owner clearly takes pride in running his establishment. I go here for gas, coffee and car washes. I like the fact that your car wash code is good for months. There have been times where I purchase one but then I realize I don't have time and so I just keep the code and use it later. My kids love going for the milkshakes (they have one of those machines and they taste great) and they are always greeted by whomever happens to be working that day. Usually in my case it is Jan and she has turned my day around plenty of times. Thanks Jan! Oh yeah, and the craft beer selection is on point. I honestly would buy beer here before going to Safeway or BevMo. Naveed (the owner) (sorry for the spelling) also takes pride in that. He will gladly give you an IPA recommendation and his prices are fair. Thanks guys! Oh and for the people that give poor reviews for the gas prices and how it should be cheaper because shell refinery is in Martinez. I agree! However it's not their fault. Take it up with Shell. And yes the car wash does have a line but what are they supposed to do? It is one car wash! You want him to build three more wash garages? If it's not convenient go down the street to the car wash place. Definitely not cool to give a bad review for things that are out of their control. Think before you review people.
