Perfection!!! What more can I say about this agent. He is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, flexible, prompt, excellent on following through….I can go on and on.I have bought and sold over 10 properties in the last 25 years and have never had an agent who was as complete as Harlan. In addition to advising clients on current market conditions, he is very open to listening to what the client wants to do as well. He will advise….but not push. Ultimately he lets you, the customer, decide. But his advice is extremely accurate and as a client I am very grateful for his help in the buying and financing of my new home.

Harlan Griswold is absolutely wonderful to work with! He used his expertise skills to list my home at just the right price. We were in contract right after the open house, at asking price! He navigated hiccups in the process with ease and kept the process on track. We closed in less than 30 days! He was always available and quick to respond to my questions. He went above and beyond any real estate agent I've ever worked with! I would definitely work with Harlan again.

I'm not good at this kind of thing but i can tell you this i have never met any one like harlan and his wife they have to be the kindest people with the warmest hearts so willing to doevery thing they can to see your real-estate transaction as smooth as possible and realy make it an enjoyable experience. I don't have new friends i have new family members that you can truly trust.

If you are looking and need a educated, friendly, passionate, and trustworthy Realtor... Harlan is the man!! He helped us through the whole process and as anyone knows it can be a stressful time purchasing a home but not for us with all his help and guidance. Harlan is a exceptional at working with you to find what you want. He's low pressure sales techniques allowed us to feel comfortable in the search for our new home. Harlan helped my wife and I through the entire process of buying our first home in American Canyon. We initially had our eyes set on a different house but thanks to Harlan's knowledge of getting an inspection and then seeing the results of that inspection we made a wise choice in not going with that first house. The next day we found another house and started the process over (which Harlan was really accommodating about) and we ended up finalizing that sale. If I had a question I would text or call and Harlan would get back to me immediately. The whole loan process, like any loan process, took some time but Harlan and Stephanie were there the whole way working hard to get us the house we will be raising our two kids in. He had previously worked with my dad with his houses so I knew from my dad experience Harlan was someone who was going to get the job done!

Harlan goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. I've dealt with other business people, and they tend to sugar coat their speech and tell you what you want to hear... I don't usually feel comfortable around that or trust them. Harlan is a straight forward honest guy who I can trust, and who you can trust. He's a hard worker, and he will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your dream of owning your own home. He is intelligent, experienced, talented, and he's been in this business for over 30 years. Calling him up and asking him to run our credit to see if we qualify for a mortgage was the best thing we ever did. I highly recommend him!!

Harlan Griswold/Realty World Silverado was the listing agent on a short sale property we purchased in Pleasant Hill. I was impressed with his ability to get the short sale approved and closed so quickly. What normally takes months, Harlan was able to get our transaction closed in a matter of weeks at the contract price. His communication with me throughout the transaction was terrific and I appreciated the direct and straight forward manner in which he communicated with us as it made the process much easier and smoother. I also appreciated his knowledge of the local market and how accurate he was with house values and potential values of fixer properties. I would recommend Harlan to anyone in need of a great agent.
