I've been coming to Quenvold's for several years now to use my shoe allowance allotted every two years. On my most recent visit, I was specifically looking for western style steel toes and Robin provided excellent customer service by going to the truck twice to pull my size and get a second style that was being phased out. Not any women's high ankle boots available though (I'm going to buy off Amazon). Will be back in a couple of years for more boots!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've witnessed. After telling my husband they couldn't find his size shoe and that he'd have to come back, the woman working the front desk was extremely rude and combative. When he went back to pick up his boots, the woman informed him of a "recent" policy change and then was extremely dismissive when he tried to ask clarifying questions. Unfortunately, his work has a contract with this company and he'll have to continue to go back. I wouldn't recommend going here if you could help it.
