I have had a lot of problems with my knees while waiting for knee replacements and have been unable to come into the store and bring my Amazon returns! They have been kind enough to come out to my car, retrieve the boxes/packages, carry them in, return everything and bring me out the receipt. They have done all this with a smile, so kind and thoughtful and so patient. For someone who needs a little extra help it is so nice to be able to count on them.
