1180 Muir Rd, MartinezMuir Oaks has been the best vet we have gone to. This is saying a lot because we have moved often and gone to at least 7 different vets in the last 6 years. They are great fantastic for veterinary care and they are amazing for boarding. My dog was extremely aggressive to most people and dogs, but here she was able to connect with the staff and feel more comfortable. They also comforted us when we unfortunately had to put her down. They gave us the kindness we needed and treated us like we really lost a family member, which we did. If I still lived in the area, I would be a lifelong client.

Karen and Nicole are frequently working when i visit, and they're great. the shop is so cozy and has cute decorations, plus local artist wares available for purchase. the seasonal drink offerings rotate frequently, and their quality is consistently excellent. hot food comes out fast. their baked goods are catered by a local cottage bakery, rather than from a big generic company (which is what most coffee shops around the area do!). i can't speak highly enough about the delicious baked goods... they have tons of options every time i visit & always something new and exciting to select from. parking can be tricky on weekends, but it's easy enough to find street parking in the neighborhood. go here! you won't be disappointed.

This bowl is a flavor explosion, the broth is deeply rich and beefy with just the right amount of spicy heat from the chili oil that builds nicely without overpowering everything. Tender slices of beef, perfectly chewy thick noodles, and loaded with fresh herbs, onions, and cilantro. The side plate of bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños lets you customize it perfectly. Way more exciting than regular pho if you're craving something with a kick! Generous portion, super fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Best Vietnamese comfort food in Martinez. I'll be back soon!

Their gyros platter with mixed beef and lamb is delicious and not gamey at all and their tzatziki is yum! Also love that they have a gluten-free gyros wrap option.
