I can no longer recommend this company. They used to be good the first time I ordered nearly a year ago, but their pictures on their website is not what you will get.
I would unfortunately not recommend this florist.
Adding pictures of what I purchased (Premium) versus what I got (Less than Standard)
Completely different (even the Standard bouquet is bigger than what was received)

Wilted flowers. Looks like they had a few flowers left at the end of the day. Nothing attractive about the arrangement at all.

Timely mother's day delivery, and mom loved the flower arrangement.

Stunning blooms and spectacular service! I ordered these flowers for my parents anniversary party and the team was able to make slight changes to match the color scheme and even called to confirm the details. I’m surprised there are any bad reviews, the arrangements were stunning and communication from order to delivery was great.

Trash, do NOT use them. Flowers were sent from out of state via FTD, scheduled for delivery no later than noon. Showed as delivered, however there were delivered approximately 4:40pm. Ruined entire Birthday. I wish 0 was a rating option. Because they lied multiple times regarding the delivery.

This is my second time ordering from Oak Creek and have been pleased each time. They delivered the flowers in the morning. I was skeptical because some people did not receive what they ordered, but my arrangement looks just like the picture. They have provided quality flowers, and arrangements each time. I will definitely use their service again.

Friendly courier delivered the flowers same day as ordered, through 1-800-flowers. Roses, filler greenery and baby's breath were fresh. Pleasantly surprised since past reviews are not stellar.

I am soooo irritated and will never order through Flowers from you if the use Oak Creek Florist. From viewing other 1 and 2 star reviews my flowers are typical of what they put out. I would have never selected this florist on my own. I ordered a premium size bouquet that with taxes and fees came to almost $70 (that's with a $15 discount). I received a small vase with 6 roses (one is wilted but I need to leave in the vase because the arrangement is so sparse) and what suspiciously looks like 6 large carnations which were supposed to be a smaller variety of rose with a ton of greenery. They didn't even strip the small leaves off the stems so it's all soaking in water and looks a mess. Not even a ribbon on the vase. And the printed the card with typos, theirs not mine) so I can't even use it. Looks almost like I plucked from my yard and arranged myself. I am so embarrassed as I must present these tonight at an event to a special woman. I knew I should have just gone to Costco or Safeway and up a dozen roses already in a vase for less but I wanted something special and was willing to pay a florist!! I'm definitely making a complaint to Flowers From You.

I used 1800flowers to send flowers and chocolate to my wife for our anniversary. The order was contracted to Oak Creek Florist based on the card that came with the flowers. I ordered 12 long stem roses, but only received 9. They made up the difference with some dead looking red flowers (I don't know what kid of flowers they were). This was bad enough but the kicker was the assorted chocolates that came with it. They literally left a $3 BAG OF ALMOND JOY SNACK SIZE CANDY BARS with the flowers?!? I paid $15 for the chocolate with a $10+ "service fee". I tried calling the florist multiple times after the delivery was made but no on answered the phone. I was embarrassed by the gift and will never use 1800flowers again. I can't believe they contract their high priced delivery service to terrible florists like oak creek that cut corners and deliver significantly subpar products. Attached are photos from the website and what was actually delivered. Terrible service and a complete rip off.

Wanted to "SUPRISE"(key word) my wife with birthday flowers. Ordered two days in advance so they arrive earlier in the day. (No Husband would want their wife to think he'd forgotten). She showed me the arrangement that arrived after 8:00 pm. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I wanted to get her something "BRIGHT-SUNNY" to cheer her up. Well, this actually DEPRESSED the hell out of ME !! When contacting 1-800-Flowers....they said they would make it right.....Oak Creek had the AUDACITY to contact my WIFE requesting, "When was it a good time to pick up the previously delivered flowers?" Here I was thinking it was going to be ANOTHER SUPRISE for her. Oak CREEK Florist.....you truly have disappointed me. RUINED my SURPRISE! You should have contacted ME directly or 1-800-Flowers for any correspondence.

Ordered a beautiful Southern Peach Bouquet for my Daughter in Law ( pic on left Paid $80.00 to get her the type and color flowers she liked, the on line store went to Oak Creek Florist ( pic or right )This was a very special day for my Daughter-in -Law and I was SO embarrassed not only did it look nothing like what I ordered it came in a cheap, little jar. the Roses that should have been peach were yellow and wilted, the Carnations were ugly and that is what there was the most of ... The cheapest flower there is. Can't say enough about how bad!! and lazy they were didn't even try to make it look like the picture. I hope all 3rd party florists stop using them.. Family owned florist ?? Get a new family because the one you have SUCKS. Thanks for ruining my gift for my Daughter-in -LawP.S Had to give a star or it won't let you post it but I give them a negative 5 star

Dont walk, RUN!!! Run far far away from this place and don't look back. Just find a different florist NOW!!! My husband got me and our daughters flowers for Valentine's Day. Cute right? Well when he comes home he was in disbelief. He said he had ordered over 200$ worth of flowers and the flowers that were received literally looked like they could've came from a grocery store florist... or even something a homeless person could've picked off by a freeway... he could've literally spent 10$ at the grocery store and received the same bouquets.... He paid for the premiums and didn't get any upgrades. When I called to ask for a refund she gave me and run around and was extremely rude. Worst business owner etiquette I've ever encountered. She kept talking over me and didn't even know how to work her own computer system. She refunded us 20 dollars after all was said and done. She should've refunded us the whole thing because our arrangement was missing roses, an upgrade and a few flowers were DEAD! Horrible business. They have 1-2 stars for a reason. Don't order from here. Don't order from here. Don't order from here. They'll take your money and it's not worth it. There is a ton of other inexpensive better floral designers out here. Don't even bother with this place.

When it comes to flowers, my husband enjoys embarrassing me with what some might find to be obnoxious displays of affection. He has sent me enormous, extravagant and beautiful bouquets and some of the cutest, most charming arrangements you have ever seen, all achieving the dual purposes of surprising and delighting me. When we were courting I worked in a San Francisco cubicle farm where Valentine's Day gift receiving was a competitive sport... which he always ensured that I crushed. So when this what can only be described as "sad" arrangement arrived today, I was surprised and a bit hurt. I wondered how and why he talked the bag boy at Safeway into jamming masses of greenery and some roses into a grimy (dirty inside and out), cheap jar (seriously, marked with a price sticker reading "An Extremely Extreme Value $1.99"?) full of water so gross and smelly that you can't smell the roses, and delivering them to my office. Of course that's not what my uber-thoughtful sweetheart would do or would want me to receive. He would be very hurt to know that my first thought was "Sigh... the honeymoon is over." But every thought I've had since then is more like, "This florist is either seriously understaffed or just doesn't care that they delivered a sad little bouquet that is neither deserving of the money my man paid for it nor representative of how he feels about me." It sounds nitpicky to mention that the card was misprinted - on the wrong side of the stock paper - and that the delivery instructions and address are printed over the care instructions, but I think it fully illustrates the extent to which Oak Creek neglected this order, paying zero attention to the details. When your product's main features are aesthetic and sensual; how it delights the senses... details matter. I'm giving Oak Creek Florist two stars. One for the quite pretty lavender roses and one for delivering early in the day so I can enjoy the flowers (once I replace the smelly water and remove some leather fern so that I can actually see and smell the flowers, of course.) My thoughtful husband earns six stars for his efforts to provide another delightful display of affection. It's not his fault Oak Creek missed the mark.
