Rude, having no customer in shop, not providing service by telling “no appointment and walked in are not welcomed” although the sign on the door says walked ins are welcomed

Seems like everytime I come there to busy to do my eye brows with one person waiting for other services it’s always a excuse been in there at least 4 times just for eyebrows and there always busy ? guess my money is no good smh
