Max and Awan are AWESOME. Super nice guys, very helpful and zero “car salesmen” harassment. Take a look on the lot and they are there to ask questions.Very happy with my new to me truck, the process and the price was very fair, super quick and my first ever enjoyable vehicle purchase. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends/family in the future.

Purchased my "new to me" Honda Accord from them today. Low miles and a good price for current times. But what made the experience the best is the staff being so understanding and accommodating considering I live in Salinas, the finance company made me extremely late arriving with the check due to last minute issues at the credit union. But, Awan at Martinez Truck & Auto Center was so very helpful when it came down to the wire. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process diligently and stayed late at the dealer two days in a row waiting for us to arrive from the credit union in San Jose and even encouraged us to drive careful and not be in too big of a rush. He really made the experience much less stressful for us with his kindness and willingness to accommodate us in unforseen circumstances that were out of our control. Thanks again, Awan! You're the best! And I'd also like to thank Rebecca who made sure all the documents were done and sent over quickly and accommodating the last minute changes that were made and any requests from the credit union were fulfilled in an extremely timely manner. I regret not being able to thank you in person, Rebecca, but I really appreciate all that you did to get the financing pushed through. You both really exceeded expectations and deserve to be recognized for all of your efforts.

Max (the owner) and Awar (sales) were real helpful, I got an F150 and they worked with me on my pricing and also trade-in. Had a great time speaking to them as well. Pricing is on point and they're not at all trying to rip you off. 5 stars!

I am pretty happy with my purchase. The folks are helpful and they didn't try to stiff a first-time car buyer like myself. They went the extra mile to make sure that I can drive home the truck on the day that I wanted to.I purchased a '10 Ford F150 with 128k miles. They sold it to me for under the market value, which was nice. They kept their word when we agreed that they'd fill in the chips on my windshield. But they should have just replaced the windshield. It froze last night and now there's a long crack, on the driver's side too.It was also clear that they hadn't driven the truck in months or checked it's tires. When I first started driving it, no issues with the tires. But as soon as I got the highway (after I purchased it) the TPMS sensor went off. Got it checked and two of the TPMS's were fried, so I had to get them all replaced. All tire pressures were low too. One tire was at 15 psi.Long story short, these guys are trustworthy but come in with some car dense. The will be helpful as long as you ask. And drive the vehicle on the highway before you make the purchase, ha.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I traded in my Colorado that wasn't paid off yet for a dodge ram. On the way home the check engine light comes on and the transmission was failing. Syed didn't pay off the truck for months and I was still making payments in order to not affect my credit. Syed avoided me for much of the time until he sold the car to someone else with the loan still in my name. Whoever had the Colorado wasn't able to get the title until Syed finally came to the bank with me to pay it off and get the title. This was 8 months later! He thought he was going to get the title that day and this grown man started crying like a baby and trying to put it on me. All in short, do not shop here unless you want a head ache and a long term toxic relationship with a shady dealership.

Before posting this review I waited about 8 months in case my feelings of my experience at this dealership changed.I’m going to start off by saying Ben ( I hope that is his name ) was very helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about him, in fact he is the reason I’m not giving a 1 star review.Where my issues started was with Syed. Immediately coming in he was very unprofessional, and extremely unwelcoming. Overall just an unpleasant experience dealing with him. We drove 5 hours one direction to do business with this company and neither Syed or Max showed us any kind of appreciation as customers, in fact Max never said a word to us until it was time for him to get paid.Fast forward a few months and I am receiving calls at all hours, with saved voicemails to prove my statement, from a disgruntled Syed. He is telling me to pay him more money. Months after all paperwork is signed and completed. He says he messed up on my registration and I need to pay him over $300 , even had the audacity to say he’s going to come to my house. Like I stated before I have voicemails to prove my statement.I ended up contacting DMV immediately and they notified me that my information was in fact correct. So why he was trying to get me to pay him more , you can figure that out for yourself. They are a used car dealership. They will do anything to make that sale, and they don’t do it in the customers best interest. I recommend shopping around and try to avoid these guys. I hope they can improve the way they deal with the public, for the sake of the next customer who walks in .

Bought a beautiful 1995 Chevy Silverado, LOVE this truck. Paperwork was slow but worth the wait. Had it shipped to Iowa. Give them a chance.

I bought an f250 truck here that wasn’t in the best of shape. I should have checked out the truck a bit more before overpaying for it. I knew the truck needed all new tires but I now know that is something a dealer should really do. The tires were ancient and badly cracked. I bought the truck for the overpriced advertised price and found it had some hidden issues upon taking it home. The AC didn’t work, the truck had a worn tie rod needing replacement, the seat had a hidden rip, the car door alarm would sound randomly, the cup holder broke the day I bought the truck, the check engine light came on just a week after buying it (fixed myself) and the area behind and under the seats was filled with dirt and junk. Although these are things I should have spotted myself, this dealership should have cared enough to sell a vehicle in very good shape and not with lots of little issues. After not receiving the title a couple months after purchasing the truck, I received at least a couple calls about the title (I found they didn’t even have the title yet and they had lied to my father saying they already took care of all the dmv paperwork, can’t do that without the title! ) from a rude man with a thick accent. I had never worked with or even met this man while purchasing the truck. The owner then called to smooth things over and we spoke with him several times, but there were just too many things wrong for a cheerful phone call to fix it.

The person I spoke with Sayyid was very nice. We made a deal on a price of the vehicle. He made it known he was selling the vehicle for someone else. I wanted to trade my car and the person wanted to check it out for the price I was asking. We were certain the terms were fine so we wrote up the deal. A bit later the owner comes back and offers me less money for my vehicle because he claims his mechanic said the transmission had problems. I have been working on cars all my life. I meticulously maintain all 4 of my vehicles with oil changes with oil stabilizer and synthetic oil, tire rotation, etc. I recently took the car to the dealer to have coolant, brake, transmission fluid drained and filled. This was a crude attempt at insulting my intelligence to manipulate the deal. It was dirty and not the way to do business. I would never recommend such a shady business that practices these techniques. Let me reiterate it was not Sayyid, but he was representing the business interest.UPDATE: So Sayyid called me back and apologized about the experience. He re-iterated the particular vehicle was a friends and he only doing a favor. He has since tried to work a favorable deal for both parties. He has said he is the willing to listen to my trade offer and deal with me personally and leave the friend owner out the transaction. He has been very communicative and seem forthright. I am willing to give him a chance as he presents himself in a humble and reasonable manner and the vehicle he is just a representing his friend and this vehicle is NOT part of his dealership. I am changing to 4 stars for all the time, effort and communications Sayyid has put forth to rectify the issue.

We paid $2,000 down, then more money they said they needed more money ($1,000). Now they want an additional $2,000 and it hasn't even been a month yet. They are greedy and will take advantage of you if they get an opportunity. Do not do business with them.
