Should have checked reviews before ordering. Do not buy from this florist. Is it a real business? Call 510 number and transfer to call center in Philippines. Ordered flowers on 2/14 and never delivered. No call or response. Still no response.

Ordered a $100 bouquet for my wife...received flowers that looked like a small funeral bouquet with no card. She wasn't sure what was going on when she found them on the porch...no knock on the door. Got a call next morning from the florist asking about the delivery...wondering if I wanted to trade them out?? Weird. Update: Received a nice bouquet from the florist next afternoon at no cost. Appreciate that they fixed their mistake. This one had the card i originally sent as well. I increased the stars in the review.

This was the worst arrangement I've ever seen. Embarrassing so. For $92 it was mostly daisies and cream stock. Who thought they would go together? 4 roses were included along with 4 delphiniums which were on there way out. Now the message on the card - one word was correct. The word Love Message started with Love grom....so bad .

This location is VACANT. I was told to pick up an arrangement at this location, but when I pulled up to the address listed on Yelp and their website, the store is empty with a for sale sign outside. I wouldn't buy from this company, I'm actually shocked that Yelp hasn't removed this business.. I'm not sure if they are operating out of another location or if it's under new management, but their website and yelp page both list an address that no longer exists. Avoid this place, who knows where they are actually located, and the number provide is for a national florist that works as a middle man to process orders.

We ordered some flowers for our Aunt and Uncle's 50th Anniversary in Pleasant Hill, Ca. I talked to the nicest Lady Penny and told her what I wanted and sent a picture of the arrangement. She sent me a picture and was so beautiful I was amazed and it was better than the picture I sent. I will definitely use these people and company always. Thanks for all your help!!! Lisa

This place is horrible. I ordered two days ahead of time to have it delivered and didn't come. Called and they said they should be calling me for more info and should be delivered around 7pm . They screwed up. Great way to ruin a surprise . Clowns

I am one of the customers of Park Florist for the past 5 years. My office is in Walnut creek and I have used Park Florist for sending arraignments to our clients when we help them to purchase a business. Most of the time I have been working with Dany who is so pleasant and helpful. Their arraignments are always beautiful and outstanding. I have never been disappointment for using their services. First of all I did really like the delivery man who delivered my flowers so this yelp has nothing to do with him. My boyfriend from Italy spent a fortune to have flowers sent on a special day for us. They cost a fortune because everyone gets a piece of the pie in the floral industry and international orders farmed out to the nearest florist to your house. The flowers I got were terrible. When I sent a picture of what I received to my boyfriend , the look on his face said it all. He told me that was not at all what he ordered and that he understood that it might not look exactly as the picture he choose it still was incorrect and a complete disaster and he was cheated. My declaration is I got left over funeral flowers , in all white and mostly filler. They sucked. The flowers were old and wilted and died a day later. I also emailed the florist asking them to either credit the money back which I knew in my heart people who deliver a bad product won't do and asked them to replace them if they weren't going to make a credit or attempt to make the situation correct, not because I wanted more flowers because I wanted the order filled correctly. They got over on my boyfriend and me as a local person in the community. I sent 3 emails and called and got no response from the florist at all. IGNORED COMPLETELY! They don't care at all and gave the worst customer service. I would not give a penny of my money to them and my next action is to trace the transaction and report it again to the flower service who farmed it to them. What a terrible business. Horrible.

Have used this florist twice. First time was not happy but did not lodge a complaint, decided maybe it was an off day. Tried it the second time. I selected an FTD arrangement with a specific look and feel. Asked for it to be delivered on a specific day as the card referenced the day it was to be delivered. Arrangement delivered a day early and it the substituted flowers did not have look and feel of what I ordered. Vowed to never use them again. Kept getting emails from them wanting my feed back. Well I gave it to them along with pictures of what I selected and what was delivered. Never heard another peep out of them. Not even an apology but all the emails stopped, not even any advertisement emails. Next time I chose another florist in the area and couldn't be happier. I called Park and asked to speak to the owner or manager, they were not in, left my number. If they called back they did not leave a message that they were returning my phone call. Will NEVER use this florist again and have warned my connections in that area to stay clear of this florist. I guess maybe they thought since I am across the country from them that what they did was not going to have any repercussions. I don't like giving anyone a negative rating but their actions, or lack there of have prompted this. Not a good way to do business.

A friend ordered flowers from the shop for my birthday. She was calling from Mississippi and this was a local shop for Martinez. The arrangement was not the one she ordered. They substituted carnations for some roses that she wanted in the bouquet. When she called to discuss this with the contact person they were very defensive. To make up for this they said they would send me a holiday arrangement. My friend said just send three roses, that would be sufficient. Instead they again sent a bouquet with some carnations, baby mums and a few ferns. While I don't know the cost of the original arrangement, I do know that sending flowers is not inexpensive. I think they did a poor job in the original arrangement and in the make up arrangement. It was kind of a rip off I think for my friend and they took advantage of her. She said she would never order again from them and I would never recommend using them.

Pretty disappointed with my flower arrangement that I ordered for my one year anniversary. There's only 5 (soon to be dead) roses in the bouquet with a ton of GREEN. Half of the flowers listed in the description aren't even in the bouquet. Was expecting at at least a dozen roses for the premium size. The description and image online doesn't mirror anything close to what I received. Just felt like I could have gotten something better somewhere else for the price I paid.
