I've been buying and selling and renting properties for over 31 years and have worked with Mark Ross for quite a few of them and couldn't be happier. He sets the bar high on the service I now expect because of him. I consider myself to be pretty experienced in buying and selling homes but I don't do it 24/7 like Mark does. Having Mark as my agent allows me the freedom to not have to watch the markets because he does it for me. He always has my best interest in mind and doesn't let me make a bad move even if it means he loses the sale. In real estate it's so important to work with an agent that so often knows the properties that are to be listed before anyone else. Nobody can predict the future of the market but Mark is about as close to that as you can get in both sales and the rental market, giving me access to I think a strong feel of what's going on without having to be an expert myself. I could not recommend a professional real estate agent with so many years of experience more than I can Mark.

Been working with Gene for a year and a half. He has been nothing but pleasant, and always calls me directly to let know of problems/maintenance. If I have any issues he deals with it promptly. Thanks Gene!

I was totally satisfied with the work Mark Ross did for me in selling my Martinez home. He is knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I would recommend Mark to anyone interested in selling their house. Thanks Mark!!! A job well done!

Not sure how he is as a realtor, but he STINKS as a property manager. As soon as Kate with Melange took over (I mean immediately) back paid rents were being paid and payment plans were in place. Ross was ineffective. His office lady, a kind older woman, relayed messages, but also did nothing to chase lost rent.
