I have gone to this business several times. I have purchased quite a few items from Lavender Moon and have been very pleased. However after today’s experience I have a different opinion about Lavender Moon. A few days ago I purchased 2 pillows for my RV. Once I put them in my rig I realized that the pillows didn’t fit my aesthetic. So today June 13th, I decided to return the items. I asked for my money back and explained why I needed to return the items. The person that I encountered told me that it was store credit only and showed me a framed sign on the wall. I told her that I was not aware that I couldn’t receive my money back. I also told her that the “return policy” wasn’t on the receipt I received. She said it was on the receipt and I provided the one given to me. I looked at it and asked her to show me where it said store credit only, she couldn’t. She then told me that in 8 years no one has ever asked for their money back. And that was it for me. I told her to give me the store credit and when I was finished using it I wouldn’t come back. She said that I didn’t allow her to finish what she wanted to say. She said she was going to give me my money back. She was passive aggressive. I said that it didn’t matter that I wasn’t there for clap back. She said she hardly had any sales that day. I once again said I just want the store credit because I was done. She said she would give me a 50.00 credit and I asked why when the receipt in her hand said 77.00. She gave me the store credit for 77.00. Now she can now resell the pillows that didn’t work for me. And I am forced to use my money only in her store. This is a small business and she should have made it crystal clear of her policies. Had I known it was store credit only I would have thought twice before I buy there. I do want to make it clear that this was the first time I tried to make a return.

Wow, is this place beautiful! The decor and set up for the holidays is super organized and festive! There are many items to choose from for your home and for family members. Take your time looking around as there are tons of fun stuff! The customer service is also great and I love their lavender logo. I will definitely be back and recommend this little shop to everyone who is looking for something unique and special.

If I could have gave 0 stars I would. She profiled my girlfriend based off the color of her skin. She threatened to call the police for simply browsing. If u want to support racists shop here. If u don't go else where.

If you're looking for the perfect unique gift, this is the place to go! I just love their candles, I used to buy Bath and Body Works but I have totally switched over to Lavender Moon because theirs are amazing and I believe in supporting women owned small businesses! They really have the cutest things!!

My favorite store ever!!! They have so many options for gifts and home decor. The friendly staff and owner are always very friendly and helpful. Just purchased gifts for Mother's Day!! It's like a one stop shop for all your friends and family!! Of course for yourself to indulge!!!

Absolutely love this boutique I want everything in it it's a great place to go gift shopping. there's soaps there's dishes there's cheese boards there's all those things you don't buy for yourself but you would buy for somebody else if you know what I mean ;-) all the Darlene extras ....little pillows ....., I just love it

I get the that we're living with Covid, but what does it take to acknowledge that you have a customer who just walked through your doors. I gave this place a second chance. Before Covid, I asked the owner of Lavender Moon for some advice on a piece I was working on with chalk paint. She responded that I should join one of her classes. Would it be so hard as to just answer my question? OK, that's kind of fair. After that,experience, it was my choice to not do business with them again. It was a simple ask. Her choice to respond that way. Fast forward to today. I needed a last minute gift for a coworker and friend. I walked into the shop, and wasn't acknowledged in any way. I spent at least 20 minutes trying to figure out the best gift I could give, but was waiting to hear "can I help you find something?". That never happened. I found a beautiful bowl, which Is great, but what happened to customer service? I feel that, historically, that's what is lacking in this shop. It's unique. It has great stuff. If you're there for the product, great. But, from a person that values and lives by the rules of "exceeding guests expectations" sadly, they are surely lacking. When I was handed my purchase, there was no thank you. She just handed me my bag.
