    This is a great pet store with a very helpful staff. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable on all the products. Pet Food Express also has a great return policy which is great because my dog is very picky. Thanks for all the help!

    I come here at least once a week, sometimes three! I love every single employee, they're all so helpful, ask about my dog by name, and if I don't have my daughter, they ask about her too. This is by far my favorite pet store, between the employees, customer service and buy 3 get 1 free, I wont go anywhere else.

    Their staff is always helpful. Rachael was really helpful at the register. I wish I remembered everyone's name for this review. The girl with the white tacoma truck all tricked out is REALLY REALLY helpful. And unfortunately I forgot her name for this review but she deserves accolades, too!
