“Oh Sparkly Ragz how do I love thee...let me count the ways! I can't even remember how I found them. But it was through Facebook on one of their Facebook Live sales during the peak of COVID in 2020. Sooo glad I came across them. They are a quite consignment and exclusive boutique. They sell new, used, like new, and handmade items. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've gotten purses, jackets, scarfs, jewelry etc! Both new and used. I've loved almost everything I've purchased. I tend to buy through the Facebook Live sales they do. And rarely make it into the store. If you're in the area worth stopping by, if not worth taking the trip! Good people and great items!”

“My recent visit to the Aquarian Era New Age shop in Concord was nothing short of magical. This store came highly recommended by my son, who had previously purchased a beautiful lapis lazuli crystal point for me here. Upon entering, there was a warm and inviting atmosphere. There's a good energy that makes you feel at ease. I was greeted by Haley, a knowledgeable and helpful staff member who guided me through their impressive selection of crystals and stones. Her expertise in helping me find protective stones was exceptional. My son, meanwhile, engaged in an enlightening conversation with Joshua while searching for his items. The staff's expertise and friendly demeanor stand out, enhancing the shopping experience. A highlight of my visit was Haley's skillful rewrapping of my lapis lazuli crystal point, which had detached from its pendant. This gesture of customer service was deeply appreciated. Their product range is extensive and intriguing. I purchased a pink opal bracelet, a black tourmaline pendant, several bundles of sage, and incense, among other items. There was a steady flow of customers, a testament to its popularity and the quality of service provided. Although they didn't have a copy of "The Book of Stones" by Robert Simmons for sale, they generously offered a store copy for reference. It's these thoughtful touches that make a difference. The store's commitment to diversity and representation is also commendable. Owned by Mel, an African-American, the shop features tapestries and prints depicting African-Americans, including a unique chakra chart with an African-American woman (shop logo). It was refreshing and inspiring to see these prints that look like me. Aquarian Era New Age shop is the place to go for anyone interested in crystals, stones, and spiritual growth. The exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, inclusive atmosphere and wide selection of metaphysical items and products make it my new favorite local store. I spent over three hours there and can't wait to return!”

“Wow. If I could give SEVEN stars I would. I had an extraordinary customer service experience with Cindy. I had a pair of beautiful but unusually shaped pearl earrings. I lost one of the earrings. I took them in to a (very fancy) jeweler in Walnut Creek thinking I could possibly find a "match" for the missing earring. The owner of the (fancy) jewelry store said - "Oh, you need to go speak to Cindy around the corner. She can help you." Cindy A) Found a perfect match for my pearl in her inventory - no easy task given it's unusual shape; B) Made the new pearl into a matching earring for me; C) DELIVERED the replacement earring to me!; D) And charged a very reasonable price. Sheri looked at the ring with me and talked me through and educated me on the issues and concerns that she saw and advised me on next steps. I had not promised them my business at that time yet Sheri and the team were already treating me like a long time customer of theirs. I did proceed with having my engagement ring re-made with TKJ using my existing diamond and they created a custom CAD model based off my preferences and my wedding band that I had already purchased. The ring arrived right on time and was PERFECT! They brought my idea to life while keeping the safety of my stone in mind. The ring also came with an appraisal which was wonderful. I look forward to bringing my ring in for its regular maintenance so that I can see Sheri and the team!”

“I can't give enough good praise about this Shane Co. location. My fiancé purchased my engagement and wedding band here. He worked with Char to create the ring of my dreams. Char is absolutely wonderful! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. We went back a few times to purchase my fiancé's wedding band and a silver chain and made sure to specifically get helped by Char. Even if he was helping another customer, we would wait. He was so personable and remembered our engagement and asked about the wedding. It made us feel cared about and not just another purchase. Another reason I love Shane Co. is because of their lifetime warranty. In the middle of moving, my hand got pinned between a door and the wall. My engagement ring became so disfigured and I lost 3 small diamonds. I was freaking out and so upset! I called Shane Co. and they told me it would be no problem. They could fix it for free under the lifetime warranty. I was there the next morning right at opening and met with Char. He assured me that my ring would look as good as new. The weight lifted off my shoulders. He even gave me a pink "toy" ring to wear on my engagement finger until mine came back. After a few short days, I was notified that my ring was ready. I picked it up and like Char had promised, it looked like new! Thank you so much to Minh who did an amazing job fixing my ring! Minh, you are a lifesaver!
