I always enjoy the personal service and respect that I have always gotten at this fedex store. They give me all the help and accommodations that I need. Great customer service by one individual that I usually do business with. Tonight I had to deal with 2 really crude employees. They refused any service assistance to me. They had horrible customer service skills and demeanor. It took much longer to do my work than it has ever taken before. Their refussl to help was all based on mask wearing. C'mon, are you really going to push the narrative and drive customers away when mask wearing is going to be released in 5 days? I need to find a print shop where Karen does not work.

Even though this is one of the smaller fedex locations, the customer service here is huge. I believe Megan is the store manager and she's always so sweet and helpful and patient with customers. The only drawback for me is there is no self service dropbox here, in which you can print your own receipts when you are just dropping off packages if you already have a shipping label. The other fedex locations that have these machines save so much time! But at least after waiting in a short line here you have friendly employees ready to help you!

After such a shitty two years it's refreshing to be helped by such a kind person . Raquel helped me today and she went above and beyond my expectations. This employee really goes above and beyond , there were many moments she could of just said "go home and figure it yourself ". Thankyou Raquel for showing kindness!!

Best customer service goes to the young man who's helped twice for the past two days I've been in there. He's very willing to help and super friendly. Can you guys pls tell him he's doing an awesome job!
