Gino helped me with my car problem after another towing company refused to come. He is very nice and professional, and willing to help you work things out. the towing process felt less stressful because you can tell he is very experienced. Highly recommended!

Had very good service with Cars To Go Towing, Inc., today.I needed my car towed into my driveway because AAA would not do it, after dispatch said they would. I called Cars To Go Towing, Inc., and from the moment I called, the customer service was excellent. I was given a quote, and wanted to go ahead with it. They kept me informed of when my driver would arrive, but then they had to answer a CHP call before me, so I had to wait but they did not forget me and kept me updated. Gino (owner) arrived and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.Thank you to Gino and his wife for taking care of us on a late Saturday afternoon/early evening.Service: Car towing

Well, 2023 is off to a crap start but at least I was able to find a great towing company who could help me with my tire blowout in the rain. Great, quick service and super friendly - which was really helpful because I was not in a great mood. Highly recommend.

$677.50 to get my car back being in their lot for 43 hours. Not even 2 full days time, but was charged 3 for some reason. Extortion at its finest, biggest crooks in the industry… Tow Trucking. Then again, you’re also not dealing with the finest people in the community. They probably need it more than me to be honest.Hope your experience is better than what I encountered. Cheers

Update: 9-12-22 Do not use this company for any services. They ripped me off for $100 (Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022) out of pocket for changing a flat tire and putting a spare tire on it. The driver told me that my insurance company did not cover my roadside issue. Geno C. who works with the company told my insurance company that the issue will be resolved be on Monday, Sept. 12, 2022, but they lied to them and me. They admitted on a recorded conversation between Mercury Insurance Customer Representative that they provided the services to me. Geno also stated that he does not know why the driver asked for $85. I also did not receive a receipt for the service rendered. They are about to be investigated. The BBB and Mercury Insurance will get involve now. No matter how long you have been in business, that behavior is unacceptable. The owner (she will not tell me her name) hung up me when I asked for my funds and lied to protect her driver. I could not post this message without selecting a star. In reality, no one should contract business with them anymore when you remained in denial over a wrongdoing by one of your employee's. It starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom. Please do not use them for any services. I do not want any more to experience that matter under any circumstances.Service: Tire change

Scammed a client receiving roadside assistance. Did a good job, but never gave the client a receipt and ended up double charging them company then wouldn't take accountability and stated the second charge was a 100 Dollar tip. Beware.

My wife and I were stuck after we got in an accident and Gino showed in less than 15 minutes. He took care of our car and towed it and charged us a reasonable rate. I hope I never have to use a tow truck again but if I do, im calling Gino at cars to go

I needed a car towed 30 miles. I called around and cars to go was the most reasonably priced. I set up a time for later that morning ( it wasn't an emergency) . Juan, the drive was there exactly at the meeting time and I got a text that he was approaching. . We met on the other end to unload and settle up. Very professional and made a stressful situation easy. I hope I never have a need for them again, but if I do I will definitely use them!
