Me and multiple of my friends have applied her over and over again just for this place to constantly repost their applications to never reach out to any of us. This place has been "hiring" for months now but won't get back to anyone. If they can't even do that I can only imagine how bad the service is if they can't even get on a computer for a hour and go through their own post they post every other day.

Eric helped me find the right finely-threaded m3 screws and a few tools to custom mount a CPU cooler and get my computer running smoother than ever! Like the whole store, the hardware aisle(nuts and bolts) is comprehensive, but the people make it the place to go.

I was visiting a family in Benicia and I have a 400+ miles drive back to SD and I wanted to make sure my coolant was good to go as it was hot. I drove to southampton ace hardware and it was close so I drove to Martinez today. Victor, from ACE Hardware was a God sent. He helped me find the right coolant, got his gear to make sure he wasn't going to burn the splash as my engine was hot. He poured the coolant for me and made sure I was good to go home. The service was beyond excellent. The affordability of their items are wonderful, and the store was well stacked. Thank you Victor. If you own this store- Victor deserves a raise he is a great asset to your company.

The Customer Service here is capitalized because this store values their customers! I always feel welcome and the employees actually WANT to help you!I've been to the Aces in walnut creek pleasant hill and I would rather drive further for better service. Both of those stores acted like they did not want me there at all.I appreciate this store's employees for maintaining a positive interaction with customers over the past several years!As long as I live in this area, I will continue to Go out of my way support this store!

I live in Concord, CA. I usually go to Ace Hardware Concord. The place is a mess and not helpful staff. Some staff are good and the rest is performing below par. I like going to Ace Hardware Martinez. The 2 gentlemen, Richard's and Knight are very helpful. Ricardo and Knight go above and beyond the customers service need. KUDOS to Ricardo and Knight!

One of the few places around that will still refill propane tanks, yay! While I was there I needed something to help stabilize my market umbrella in the base, and *two* workers got on it and found a solution (since you can't buy just a replacement plastic ring, apparently), which they provided free of charge. I was assisted by a total of 4 employees and every one was efficient and friendly. I miss their store in Pleasant Hill but don't mind driving to Martinez for that kind of service :)

Excellent place to shop, great people work there. Very satisfying, and convenient, I found produc that I cannot find at home depot and Lowes. I love to go there just to look at tools and stuff. Go there and check it out.

This location is amazing. I called 3 mins prior to close, desperate to find a space heater (I had already been to 5 stores with no luck) they were so nice and stayed and waited for me to show up 11 minutes after closing.

Just had to give a big shout out to the crew at this store. I've shopped here a handful of times and must say, sometimes I forget they are over here, but every time I have come here they are so helpful and so kind. The customer service is on point here and their prices are very competitive with other stores like Home Depot and Walmart. I purchased my Blackstone Griddle here and they helped every step of the way including helping load the beast of a griddle into our car. They even helped find ways to get me some discounts. I just made a purchase online for some plastic shelving units. The same type of product was $100 at Home Depot and only $60 at this store. Bought it online at 5:45 and by 6pm it was ready for pick up. They had a crew of staff help me carry them outside and load my car. This is one of those stores that has a small town mom and pop feel. They have great customer service, but also an amazing selection of items. Support small businesses like this one if you can!!! They are amazing!
