I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having a car breakdown on the side of the road. I called Bay View towing service, and they were nothing short of exceptional. The dispatcher was empathetic and assured me that help was on the way. Within 30 minutes, a tow truck arrived, and the driver was both professional and courteous.

I had a terrible experience with another local towing company waiting to hear back about towing my car with a flat tire to a Les Schwab. I called Bay View Towing and not only were they prompt, but they were so kind, too. Mike drove me in the tow truck to Les Schwab and was a really kind dude and was generous to share some life tips after I asked. Thank you BVT!

A pothole blew out my tire on 680 with pouring down rain. I made it to the shoulder but it was an unsafe position for me to get out and put on my spare due to weather and rush hour traffic. Michelle dispatched Mike who got to me in just over an hour and had my car on a flat bed tow truck within 5 minutes. Dropped me off at tire center 5 miles away. Cost was 125 base, 10 per mile.

Terrible!!!! For starters there page says 24hours. I called to get a quote and was rudely rushed off the phone and told “No were closed no were closed”. Why would you answer the phone then if your closed and 2 clearly your not 24hours. Will never work with company nor send them clients or references!

Awful service, the guy actually admitted that he was texting someone else while on the phone with me and even put me on hold so he could focus on replying back to the person whom he was chatting with.

My wife was in an accident today and CHP called Bay View to pick up my mangled car. After taking my wife to the hospital I swung by the tow yard to pick up my belongings and release the car for my insurance. So impressed with the friendly staff at Bay View. My sister in law was right in front of me and got a flat tire on the off ramp. She sat for three hours waiting for a tow truck after calling her insurance. After total frustration she started calling other places. He was there in 30 minutes. Got it on the truck and got the truck in a place that was safe and changed the tire. Awesome service. Great website beautiful trucks customer service stinks called left voice mail, name, number, vehicle everything. waited nearly 2 hours no call back so I call and operator states no one is available. You think you could call a customer back and let them know.

Horrible service. It's supposed to be 24/7 but I called 3 times around 7pm, no answer. Called again at 830am and a guy who picked up said "there's no one in the office that can answer your questions until 9am".... Dude acts like he can't be bothered and hates his job. Wouldn't recommend them for a tow service and goodluck to you if you get your car towed here. They're the absolute worst.

I needed to tow after my car left me stranded on the highway so I called bay view and they arrived in 20 minutes. They dropped off my car at my mechanic without any issues. Would recommend for anyone who drives a lowered car, I was worried my car was gonna get damaged but they were prepared to pick up my car without any damage
