Thanks to Terrance, I was able to easily open a bank account. I came from Korea, and despite my limited English proficiency, Terrance understood everything I said and smoothly assisted with the process. Thank you, Terrance!

It was my first time at this location and I went there to actually close my account when I was received by Mrs. Lili Saki who was extremely helpful and really saved the day. She found out about something really wrong in my account and corrected immediately allowing me to be able to manage my own business account. I really appreciate her input and power that day. I would say the Martinez Branch is the best branch of Bank of America in Contra Costa County. The customer service is excellent and the staff is very courteous. I needed to do some operations at the Bank and Mrs, Lili Saki greeted me and helped me. She is very professional and a big asset to the bank.

Met Daniel and Lilli this morning as my CFO and I met to make administrative changes to our accounts. Couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere to conduct business. Lilli was there to answer any additonal questions we may have had an, she also had an opportunity to learn a little about our Shriners organization. Meticulous work and a pleasant exchange. I'm glad we choose this branch.

Lili, was super helpful with my daughter and I. Checking two checks and replacing her debit card, and setting up online banking. Her service was excellent, the best banking experience we have ever experienced.

I just learned last week that this branch has reopened so I made an appointment to make some changes to my accounts. Upon arriving I was greeted by my banker, Ms. Lili Saki, who I later learned is also the branch manager. I cannot put into words how grateful and impressed I am with her customer service. I was very overwhelmed with the information I was presented with and confused by all the rates, but thankfully, Lili answered every single one of my questions thoroughly. She was kind and empathetic of my nerves and showed genuine care. She is also incredibly knowledgeable. The truth is, I was prepared to close my accounts with Bank of America due to unpleasant encounters at other branches as well as on the phone. After my meeting last week, I changed my mind; Lili will now be my go-to person. I feel very lucky to have met her and I am so glad this branch is back open.
