I would stop by post office if your package was not delivered and tracking indicated it was returned to sender. I called general USPS help and they said to wait 5 business days and then do an inquiry online. With no further updates for a week, I filled out inquiry for lost package online and the USPS responded with email the next day, then Post master called within an hour to resolved Issue with package delivery and tracking - they held it at post office for pickup in Midpines and package was able to be picked up right away. It would’ve been so much quicker to just stop by the PO in the first place for inquiry.

August 2023 Package addressed to 3845 Guadalupe Crk Road. Lost. September 2023, 2 packages cannot be picked up because the post girl is lazy to look for it. This post office is not customer friendly. Go somewhere else.

Worst delivery service ever. My packages constantly go missing or gets delivered to the wrong address. If they don’t feel like getting out of their car then they leave a note saying the package won’t fit or mailbox is full. Why not have a “I just didn’t feel like it”option? Want to make a complaint? Good luck. The delivery service is actually subcontracted out and nobody seems to care. So making a complaint will get you nowhere. I guess we’re just stuck with an unreliable mail system and possibly a theft problem.

I understand that in times of holidays the mail delivery is uploaded with packages and it takes time to go up to driveways here in our rural area. But when I get a delivery like yesterday and some weeks before and the package is put in my mailbox in a way you cannot get it out without damaging the package and the content it is ridiculous. More than that, the also delivered regular mail was crushed in the back of the mailbox.

Majority of my packages are opened before I get it. The drivers will not deliver to your house and will say the mailbox is full instead of walking the package to the person/residence.

My packages never arrive when they should because the delivery drivers are lazy and refuse to actually deliver the packages, must be a really nice job to do nothing all day

Just a reminder--small town or not, Mariposa postal workers are the best! 4-stars because USPS contracts deliveries out, and most errors occur because of same. Keep up the good work!

Thanks to the patient staff, I was able to get some VIP documents shipped out by Registered Mail (which is a total PITA). Thank you Mariposa USPS!!

Could not get through the absolutely horrible phone system no way to get question answered if the very badly done automated system doesn't have that question programed into it. There needs to be a way to connect with actual post office

This post office has the nicest, friendliest, most helpful and politest staff of any I have ever been to. They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. I appreciate and thank them for their over the top service!

Robin is amazing and so helpful. She helped my packages that I incorrectly put the Mariposa Zip Code on get rerouted to Arnold where they belonged!
