The pharmacy time after time does not have prescriptions ready, no matter how long we wait after they are sent. The workers get mad if we ask them to simply fill a prescription.

Seems like it’s being closed down. Empty shelves not being restocked. The one in Oakhurst was closed last year and they have a much larger population. We have to leave the county to find a lot of things we need

I have never in my near 40 years of existence experienced a pharmacy that truly cares and takes the extra steps to ACTUALLY care of their patients in our current healthcare climate.All I can say is thank you to our local rite aid pharmacy for taking care of our community! They all work so hard and deserve our praises!Donna and Carla (and one other I forget) are absolute gems and do whatever they can to help their patients.

Any and all prescriptions I get filled here while visiting my mom they are always so backed up that they take days and sometimes a week past the pick up times that I end up going without my heart and blood pressure medication. These people at this store are going to kill people!!! If they can't keep up then hire more staff or fire and hire more reliable staff i mean come on. This isn't just me, everyone I talk to says the same thing including my mother who told me she wentamonth before they got her her bp meds before! Absolutely unexceptable! And I don't have another option I'm at my mom's as much as I'm home which is 2 1/2 hours away!

Dr called in a prescription for me around 11 AM. After waiting a reason amount of time I went to pick up around 4 PM. To my astonishment not only was my antibiotic not ready but there was no call from the pharmacy to say there was an issue or to get any additional information they needed to complete the order. The literal unprofessionalism is mind blowing. These are ill folks here. Maybe call customers and not make them waste trips to pick up things that should have been done hours ago. The management of the location could use some coaching this isn’t the first time they have shown unprofessionalism and if it’s happened to me multiple times I’m sure other people have.
