I had screwed up my laptop by dropping a bit of water on it and it had just entire stopped working, or so I thought. I tried diagnosing the problem myself, and there wasn't any burnt smell, so I brought it in and Josh was able to test it and figure out it was just the keyboard shorting that had been the issue. He managed to find a replacement, fixed it up, and it works perfectly fine now. It was, thankfully, a small issue, but I still really appreciated how much care he put into figuring out the problem and returning my laptop good as new. Would definitely recommend this place if you've got a problem you can't quite seem to solve yourself!

I had a small minor soldering to do on a fob. Unfortunately, the fob is well known to be problematic. He fixed what needed to be done but a mishap broke another part. He fixed both and didn't charge me. I was quite impressed how responsible he was to spend time fixing it when he was quite busy with other projects. Definitely will return to use his services.

From my experiences using different local or chain fix-it shops, What'd You Break has been my go-to since the first time I used them. Not downplaying anybody else but these guys have been really fair on their pricing and very thorough with their services.

Took my son's IPad in with a shattered screen. They said it would be 24 hour turn around time. They had it ready before the suggested time. Totally satisfied and I'm sure I will be returning!

My Samsung phone died while on a trip to France. I thought that I fried the battery. Josh helped me and replaced the battery, and within one hour it's better than before because the new Samsung battery is so much stronger--the phone responds better/faster and brighter. The cost for the battery and labor to repair was VERY reasonable. I'm so happy! I strongly recommend this business to anyone.

Josh came through for me again. My ultra-reliable 2012 HP Laptop's hard drive finally gave out. Josh replaced it and got it up and running within three days for a very fair price (especially when I expected to have to buy a new laptop). Retrieved a Norton Backup from one week prior and I'm good to go. Last time he fixed my Seagate portable hard drive. I will definitely continue to call Josh instead of a retail store for all my electronics repairs.
