Arrived at 11am but recent Bank timings not updated. Notice suggests to use the app to find the nearest bank and most recent updates, app shows the bank that is closed and alternate options are 30mins out.Came back again at 1.30pm as the Google map said it will open at 12pm. Employees are inside but no one to address the locked door, I decide to call and ask when should I come back, I could hear the phones ring from inside but employees continue to ignore the call. Not the first time I had a bad experience from WF. Things like these make me want to switch my primary bank

Benjamin and April are very helpful. Even the other employees were very nice because I was able to listen to their interactions with employees. No drama a few times I have been here. Easy access to the highway and on a main artery in Marina. Easy parking too. They have ATMs inside and outside. The place is really wide inside. They have a waiting area if you wanna sit. Both my wife and I had positive interactions with employees here.

Mega bank has great service and that only works if the staff is getting along well and compensated for it.

Seriously the BIGGEST pain in the a**. Every single time I have come in this bank they are understaffed or only have 2 tellers open. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes if you go to this Wells Fargo. The workers aren't even nice- one of the ladies smirked when she called the business line before the main customer line... really classy and great service right there... I will do whatever I can to not return to this location.

Went in needing assistance with someone stealing my account. They were not available in any capacity for me lol. Every other bank I’ve needed to do this with was available immediately or made time for me that day, so customer service and services available here is 0/10.

I received 2 cashier's checks from this branch. I live abroad and in order to cancel them I need to speak with an associate from this branch. I have called 12 times, and spent over 3 hours on the phone with national representatives attempting to get help to speak with a representative.I even scheduled an appointment and requested they call me due to my being out of the country. No call. No service. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

Extremely efficient and professional. I was able to stop in at 4:45 after work, right before the bank closes at 5, and step into a line of at least 7 people. I was helped within minutes in a professional manner and not made to feel bad for coming in right before close. Andrew Mathiasen, one of the bankers, was so helpful and friendly. I left feeling happy which isn't normally how I would describe the bank branch experience. Thanks Andrew!

Slowest branch or company I guess u can say because a few Wells Fargo besides this one always have a line outside! And please have an account for just business and others atleast two other windows for regular transactions! Coke on we don’t have 40 mins to and hour to take money out! I’m this close to moving banks for business and personal

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time banking here. They wouldn't even break my $100 bill into $20's because I didn't have an account there!!! Two people working with a line going out the door. Go somewhere else don't even waste your time Marina residents!!!

The ATMs at this location are constantly broken. Can't deposit or withdraw cash. Yes even the "new" atms. Also the employees close early.

This branch has limited services at times. There are no tellers today, only an ATM. Have been in previously and they were unable to assist with a Wells Trade account; had to get assistance at a different branch in Salinas.
