ABSOLUTELY NASTY PEOPLE!!!If I could put 0 stars I would, but that's not an option. They would rather tell you no and lie that they don't have it, then have to do five minutes of work to get you your medication. I HAD TO FIGHT FOR MINE!!!I called 5 days ahead of time to get my prescription filled and to make sure they ordered the correct brand sense the brand they gave me as a substitute last time did not work (keep in mind I let the pharmacist know this, so they were aware of the reason why and aware that I could not have the other kind). I called this morning to see if it's ready and they tell me that they never bothered filling it because they didn't get the letter from my doctor that they needed to refill my prescription. I called my doctor and she did send it, but in case they didn't bother checking, she sent it again. There were about four more phone calls, and I finally was able to get it filled. I come in to pick it up and the pharmacist tells me that she will not give me my prescription because I don't have an ID card for Planned Parenthood. I have never had a card since I did all of my prescription through online appointment so I called Planned Parenthood and they said that that was not true. Seeing as most of the patients didn't have a physical card and the only thing that they would need was my ID number which I had and I let them know that I had but they didn't take it. Finally after spending an hour having to fight with the pharmacist while she's rolling, her eyes at me, lying telling me they didn't have my medication and she comes out with one box when it was supposed to be 13. I was so overwhelmed at this point from crying and my blood pressure being through the roof from literally having to fight with someone because they didn't want to do five minutes of work that I just left with one box. NEVER GO THERE!!!

Visited this location a handful of times, I'm acknowledged every time I walk in. The recent staff here are all really sweet and do their very best to help!

I ordered online photo print 14x17, got msg the order is ready, but when I came pick it up the print was not ready. Needed to wait 20 mins. And quality of colors were not like original photo. Bad experience.

The pharmacy here sucks. I had an order for a prescription sent in for early December and it was still not ready come January nor did they communicate that it would be delayed, why it would be delayed, etc. They lack in communication and probably knowledge on the subject matter to be honest. I had them cancel my order and sent it to an ol' reliable CVS location instead. The pharmacist there called me almost immediately and let me know the status on my order in detail. Walgreens is cheeks.

Horrible horrible pharmacist! They do not care at all about patients. I was visiting from out of town and forgot my migraine pills. I messed up and called the pharmacy in Seaside to fill a prescription thinking it was the pharmacy in marina. We had scheduled a train ride in the redwoods for our kids and were planning on grabbing the pills on the way in hopes that my migraine would be gone by the time we made it to the train and I could enjoy the ride with my kids. When we discovered my mistake I apologized for calling the wrong pharmacy and asked if they could please just fill the prescription in marina. I explained the situation and told them we'll miss our train if I go to seaside. Being that it's only 9 pills, they are already prepackaged in a box, Walgreens is my pharmacy back home so they have all my info already, it would have taken him the matter of minutes to pull them off the shelf for me and ring me up. He refused. It literally takes them 5 min back home. He just kept repeating there is only two of them working today and he can't do it. No emotion, just matter of fact, dead pan face. I explained to him how much pain I'm in, again, no feeling, he can't possibly walk over to the shelf and grab the pills for me, it's just too hard today. The amount of time it took for my husband and then I to have this conversation with him when he was standing there, not attending to any other business, repeating that he couldn't possibly spare the time to grab a box off the shelf, he could have filled the prescription two times over. When I called the seaside location (thinking it was the marina location), he found me in the system within seconds and said it would be ready in 10 min. In fact, this guy in marina had already found my account in order to see if I had a prescription waiting there. Half of his job was already done. He literally just didn't want to walk back to the shelf and grab the pills. His first excuse was that "it's a process." When I asked what the process is, he couldn't answer and that's when he started saying there's only 2 of them today and he couldn't spare the time. I understand I made a mistake and called the wrong location, and I would have never asked if it was a prescription where they had to count out pills and bottle them up, etc. It's just the lack of compassion and feeling. It was evident he could care less if I was going to be in pain all day trying to fake it for my kids instead of being able to enjoy time with them. I just needed someone to have compassion today and say, I know you made a mistake but I can see you're in pain and I'll take 5 min to help you. He failed greatly. If you want a pharmacy that cares, I would look elsewhere.

What kind of pharmacy is closed all day (Sunday) and their nearest open pharmacy is San Jose?! Pretty lame! CVS across Reservation Rd is open. Unfortunately our called in prescription is at this Walgreens. We probably won't be shopping at Walgreens anymore

Scheduled a COVID booster appointment using their website, for 1:30pm. I arrive and wait 10 minutes for the previous appointment to finish up, only to then be told that I would have to come back in an hour so that the pharmacy could close for their lunch break. Ok Walgreens, don't make appointments available on your website during your closed times. Nice to know they have an appreciation for their customers' schedules. Really terrible service. And with a CVS practically next door??

Wish I had read Yelp reviews bedore switching to Walgreens in Marina. Due to limited hours - and apparently staffing - you will likely wait in line for 20 to 40 minutes while 1 clerk works the front window. In 5 visits since February they have screwed up my prescriptions 3 times. Told me my refill was not covered by insurance so after calling my insurance carrier I called them back to let them know they needed to submit the request under the name of the actual medication instead of some generic name and it would be approved. Not sure why they did not know this. They tell me it is ready so I go in to pick it up today and turns out they only had a partial (15%) in stock (why didn't they tell me that) and now I have to take my time and make another trip on Friday. I will be looking for another pharmacy!!! Going to search Yelp first.

I've been coming to this Walgreen's for over 9 years now. I've never had a problem with any staff member or manager up until now. For some reason, Melanie who claims to be a manager, was so rude to me. The past few times I've dealt with her she was rude to me but I usually let it slide becauseI understandthey'rejustdoingtheir job. Tonight I used my ebt card, and other purchases are automatically separated when you pay. For some reason their card machine wasn't reading my card so I asked to pay separately. She got mad, huffed and said "ugh, well now I have to void it!" Like I did this on purpose?? I was trying to come to a solution because a line started to form. I said "I'm sorry, I'm not sure why it's not reading my card but maybe it would work if I just paid separately." That seemed to upset her a lot. I then asked her why she had to give me an attitude and she shouldn't treat customers this way. I asked for the manager and she literally screamed at me that she was the manager. She's only a shift team leader, I saw that on her name tag. I went to the pharmacy and they gave me the manager's name, btw the manager is always friendly and polite. I don't ever go this far, usually I just let it slide. But this woman has been nothing but rude to me every time I go there. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'll be calling Vicente (manager) tomorrow to let him know what happened. I just wanted to make this known in case anyone else has dealt with her and had the same treatment. Also, for people to be aware in the future. It's sad that she's one of the people representing our local store. Our community is usually much nicer to each other.

I was given a prescription from my doctor for some antibiotics for a severe sinus infection and I decided to take it to Walgreens because it's close to my home, I wish I didn't. I dropped it off at 7pm yesterday and was told I would be called when it was ready. Next morning I get no call or text, at this point it is 11 and my face is starting to swell up because of the infection. I tried to get a real person on the phone but I kept getting a voice machine or I was put on hold for over 20min. So I decided I'd physically go ask where my prescription is. I get there and explain the severity of my situation and even see the look of shock on the girls face when she seen my swollen face and ask if my prescription is ready. They tell me no it's not ready so I ask when will it be ? She heads to the back talks to whomever and then says "We will work on it now, it'll be ready in 30min" Are you serious?? Why wasn't it worked on when I first gave it to them?? Why NOW do they want to work on it. This infection is only getting worse without my medication. Is this how they treat everybody.

I had a covid test scheduled 9/17/21 @ 930am. I received a call at 9:15 am from Walgreens stating my appointment was canceled do to construction. I needed this test because I'm leaving for Hawaii in 72 hours. After them making me drive to the Walgreens in Salinas and still unable to test me I just wanted to say how very unprofessional Walgreens is and absolutely no customer service what so ever. Marina Walgreens pharmacist Shantel is an absolute joke . Not only have they wasted my time but also had me drive to Salinas. Very very disappointed in Walgreens.....
